Mumben:Deapcap has restructured and deleveraged its AMCON debt from about N1.5b to about N400m. They also have plans to do a debt-equity conversion programme and possibly raise additional capital in the market. These and some other info may be responsible for its recent performance. But I don't know if it will continue the rally or decline or remain stable. |

pluto09:I only mentioned what I could remember from what I have read about the company. He asked for factors that may be contributing to the price rally. Definitely, the negative equity and losses (which you mentioned) are not expected to contribute to the rally. My comments were balanced enough, and did not heighten any unnecessary hope or doubt about the stock. |

SAK:Looks i have to leave anything Stanbic. Time to go back to Morgan, I have an account with them already and they are more hungry. I don’t know the reason for the recent laxity the whole Stanbic business is displaying. Mutual fund ❌ Underperforming yields Brokers ❌ Zero traction on transactions When you don chop belle, na sleep remain naa. Issokay. **************************** See the screenshot below to see the wide gap between brokerage fees Stanbic is charged (yet deteriorating services) and Morgan Capital. I have said it before you can charge higher so far your services are fantastic but the moment your service take a nose dive, people would stop tolerating your nonsense and leave you in a ditch.

Harddiskng:Stanbic-IBTC seems to be more active in the fixed income market (T. Bills, Bonds, etc.) than the equity market. |
