. My situation is in no way unique. There are so many reasons why people don't always remember their first time... trauma, insignificance of the experience, tragedy, stress, PTSD, etc, that could rob people of such memories. And there is no difference along gender lines.

➜ 99.9999% of us are walking around with trauma that we have probably yet to deal with.
➜ Stress is common to all human beings — all 100% of us. Sometimes, stress overwhelms the memory circuits, making it harder for the brain to shift memory to long-term until stress levels go down.
➜ PTSD happens to at least 40% of us at some point in our lives
➜ Tragedy is almost guaranteed for us all
➜ As for the insignificance of the experience... yes, some folks don't attach much importance to the experience like many others do, so the brain— maybe to save space— saw no reason to save the face of the individual it happened with to long-term memory
➜ Traumatic experience ... that is also a possible reason for it.
