WHY SMART MONEY IS WATCHING INSURANCE STOCKS WITH LOW OUTSTANDING SHARES — AND WHY ROYALEX COULD BE THE REAL DARK HORSE In every major bull run on the NGX, one secret keeps repeating itself: 👉 Stocks with smaller outstanding shares and low free float always move faster and stronger. This is not theory — it is market reality. 🔍 WHAT DOES LOW OUTSTANDING SHARES & LOW FREE FLOAT MEAN? Outstanding shares = total number of shares in existence Free float = shares available for public trading When both are small: ✅ Demand easily overwhelms supply ✅ Price reacts faster to buying pressure ✅ Manipulation is harder ✅ Rallies are sharper and more explosive This is why stocks like Deap Capital moved from below ₦1 to over ₦4 in a short time. Same logic. Same structure. 🚀 WHY THIS BENEFITS INSURANCE STOCKS Insurance stocks are currently: ✔ Undervalued ✔ Ignored ✔ Under-owned ✔ Fundamentally improving They are the last sleeping sector on the NGX. When money rotates into insurance, it will not move slowly. It will move violently — because most insurance stocks have tight floats. 💎 WHY ROYALEX STANDS OUT Royal Exchange (Royalex) is not just an insurance company. It is: ✅ A Financial Services Group ✅ Involved in insurance, finance, investments & asset management ✅ Under massive restructuring and turnaround ✅ Trading far below intrinsic value ✅ Still in accumulation phase Now add the most important factor: 🔥 Royalex has relatively low outstanding shares compared to many other insurance stocks. 🔥 Free float is tight. 🔥 Any serious demand will move price aggressively. This is the same structure that made: Deap Capital explode Learn Africa run hard Presco rally endlessly Geregu surprise the market 📈 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? When institutional money enters: ✔ Supply dries up quickly ✔ Price gaps up ✔ Late buyers chase ✔ Early holders smile This is how millionaires are made on the NGX. Not by buying already expensive stocks. But by positioning early in ignored low-float stocks before rotation begins. 🏆 ROYALEX VS OTHER INSURANCE STOCKS Most insurance stocks: ❌ Have huge outstanding shares ❌ Need massive volume to move ❌ React slowly Royalex: ✅ Smaller float ✅ Faster price reaction ✅ Easier breakout ✅ Better upside leverage It is structurally designed for a fast repricing once attention enters the sector. 🔔 FINAL MESSAGE TO SMART INVESTORS Insurance is the last undervalued sector on the NGX. Low-float stocks are the biggest wealth creators. Royalex sits at the intersection of both. This is not a stock to ignore. This is a stock to accumulate quietly. Because when the move starts, there will be no second chance. Smart money buys before the crowd. The crowd buys after the headlines. Keep your eyes on Royalex. The setup is already in motion. 💎📈 |

WHY SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD CELEBRATE ANY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT MEETS RECAPITALIZATION WITHOUT DILUTING SHARES In the stock market, there is one silent killer of wealth: ❌ Share dilution Most investors don’t realize that a company can raise billions and still make shareholders poorer. How? By issuing new shares. 🔍 WHAT REALLY HAPPENS WHEN COMPANIES RAISE MONEY BY DILUTION When an insurance company raises capital by issuing new shares: Outstanding shares increase Earnings are spread thinner Your ownership percentage drops Price struggles to grow Upside becomes limited Example: If a company has 20 billion shares and issues 10 billion new shares, your stake just got diluted by 50%. Even if business improves, the share price may not reflect it for years. ✅ WHY MEETING RECAPITALIZATION WITHOUT DILUTION IS A BIG WIN A company that meets recapitalization requirements without issuing new shares is saying: ✔ Our balance sheet is strong ✔ We can fund growth internally ✔ We respect shareholder value ✔ We are disciplined managers ✔ We are building long-term wealth This is exactly what long-term investors want. It means: Future profits will flow to existing shareholders Share price can grow faster No artificial supply flooding the market Demand pushes price higher easily 💎 WHY ROYALEX SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD BE EXCITED Royal Exchange (Royalex) is in a very unique position. While many insurance companies are: ❌ Running around raising funds ❌ Issuing new shares ❌ Doing private placements ❌ Diluting existing shareholders Royalex is: ✅ Restructuring intelligently ✅ Strengthening its balance sheet ✅ Meeting regulatory requirements ✅ Doing it without destroying shareholder value ✅ Maintaining its current outstanding shares This is rare on the NGX. 🚀 WHY THIS POSITIONING SETS ROYALEX UP FOR A BIG RE-RATING When recapitalization dust settles: Many insurance stocks will have: Bigger share count Lower EPS Slower price growth Heavy sell pressure from new investors taking profit Royalex will have: 🔥 Same outstanding shares 🔥 Cleaner balance sheet 🔥 Stronger fundamentals 🔥 Higher earnings per share 🔥 Tighter supply 🔥 Faster price appreciation This is how big reratings happen. 📈 THE FUTURE UPSIDE FOR ROYALEX As profits improve: EPS rises faster Valuation expands faster Price reacts quicker Market respects the stock more And because the share count is not bloated: 👉 Every naira of profit works harder for shareholders. 🏆 FINAL WORD TO SHAREHOLDERS Recapitalization without dilution is a gift. Low outstanding shares is power. Tight supply is leverage. Royalex is building quietly while others are weakening their structure. This is how strong financial stocks are born. Patience will be rewarded. Smart positioning will pay. Royalex is structurally positioned for a future breakout. |

presiade:How did they arrive at the GDP figures (in dollars) for a sector that is largely informal, unregulated and undocumented? I doubt the accuracy of their figures, even though I know the livestock sector plays a key role in agriculture |

mikeapollo:I have nothing on your point about God knowing what's best for everyone but Abraham is not a good comparison for the man in question. Despite Abraham giving birth to Isaac in his 90s, he died at age 175. That is almost twice the age! Not to forget that he even gave birth to six more sons and they matured before he died, because the Bible recorded he sent them away to go establish themselves elsewhere. Genesis 25:6 |

Harddiskng:And you ended up not giving any advise yourself. He is going to save 50k monthly from now till 5 years, that is 3M in total. Tell us HOW a 3M will fund a child's education. Best bet is to put it in a fixed income instrument forever bearing in mind that the funds has no room for a higher risk. @15% just maybe he gets N450k annually. So, that's is 150k per term. Better to attend a public secondary school while compounding the money for another 5 years aiming for university education. |

Martialfc80:My reference to Abraham is just on a lighter note. But seriously, none of you would say anything if Donald Trump or Razak Okoya (multi-billionaires) should give birth in their 80s! The real thing is to make adequate provision for the upbringing and education of the child. You all are talking because the man in question is not a known billionaire. |

10,000th page, Awesome 🎉🎉🎉🎉 @yMCy56, I reached out to DLM yesterday after market close, now i'm trading on their platform. I've already done about N200k worth of trades. But the platform isn't quite as smooth as Caladata's. A major issue I've so far noticed is that proceeds of shares sold are not immediately available for a new purchase. That's for an account that's not DCS. Also, the available balance sometimes doesn't update in real time when orders are modified or cancelled. I hope they resolve these, then it should work. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 12:27pm On Jan 21 |
awesomeJ:You're welcome on Board 🙌 Proceeds of shares sold are always available almost immediately after sales.....could be within 2/3 minutes sometimes due to network issue maybe..... You'll have to be refreshing the page.... * You can also communicate your concerns to the Oga in charge for immediate rectification. I'll forward it to them as well. Thks. |

That the sector is informal may not be that accurate. The biggest livestock producers are mostly big farms in the north and some in the south. Furthemore, most of those cows you see them herding/grazing openly are owned by big men, especially in the north--hence they have records of their livestock. The dollar valuation must have been based largely on market survey and benchmark naira-dollar exchange rate. mikeapollo: |

This NGX no balance at all! NCR trading at N171+ even though it has negative equity (N4.5b). Yet the almighty ''gurus'' are quiet, not saying anything. But if it were to be Oando, that is when they would remind us (very painfully ) that Oando has negative equity, so it is not supposed to rise.God dey. Ojoro people |
