I'm sure Loco is no longer holding this 😁

* One of Oga Oracle's stocks as well....😊

* @5.20 now..
I doubt he is 😅. I just noticed that it hit my 100% target and came online to give him a shout-out. I miss the old Loco.

My reference to Abraham is just on a lighter note.
But seriously, none of you would say anything if Donald Trump or Razak Okoya (multi-billionaires) should give birth in their 80s!
The real thing is to make adequate provision for the upbringing and education of the child.

You all are talking because the man in question is not a known billionaire.
Isn't that worth talking about?

That is the advice he sought from us

That the sector is informal may not be that accurate. The biggest livestock producers are mostly big farms in the north and some in the south. Furthemore, most of those cows you see them herding/grazing openly are owned by big men, especially in the north--hence they have records of their livestock. The dollar valuation must have been based largely on market survey and benchmark naira-dollar exchange rate.
Okay

One of the strongest positives about Royal Exchange (ROYALEX) today is that the company has not rushed into fund raising or massive share dilution, unlike many insurance companies.
Most insurance firms, because of weak balance sheets, rushed to the market with rights issues, private placements and heavy dilution.
Royalex chose a smarter path — internal restructuring and balance sheet optimisation.
This decision alone makes Royalex more attractive to institutional and strategic investors.
WHY INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS WILL INCREASE THEIR STAKES
Institutional investors do not like dilution.
They prefer companies that can grow without constantly issuing new shares.
Royalex has shown:
✔ Capital discipline
✔ Management confidence
✔ Balance sheet restructuring
✔ Operational turnaround strategy
This is why a strategic core investor recently increased stake to about 21%.
That move alone is a loud signal that serious money sees long-term value.
Institutions do not buy cheap stocks for fun.
They buy for control, growth and future returns.
HOW ROYALEX WILL MEET RECAPITALISATION WITHOUT DILUTION
Rather than flood the market with new shares, Royalex is pursuing:
✔ Internal restructuring
✔ Asset optimisation
✔ Operational efficiency
✔ Profit recovery strategy
✔ Strategic investor participation
This allows the company to strengthen capital base without destroying shareholder value.
When a company raises funds aggressively: ➡ Existing shareholders get diluted
➡ Share price suffers
➡ Market confidence drops
But when a company restructures internally: ➡ Share value is preserved
➡ Earnings improve
➡ Investor confidence rises
➡ Institutions increase stakes
Royalex has chosen the shareholder-friendly route.
WHY THIS MAKES THE SHARE PRICE MORE ATTRACTIVE
Because Royalex has a tight share structure, every new institutional position pushes demand higher.
When institutions accumulate: ➡ Float reduces
➡ Supply dries up
➡ Price reacts faster
➡ Rallies become stronger
This is why smart investors prefer companies with: ✔ Low outstanding shares
✔ No dilution pressure
✔ Strategic core investors
✔ Turnaround story
Royalex ticks all those boxes.
INVESTOR & SHAREHOLDER SENTIMENT
The market always follows smart money.
When investors see: • Strategic investor increasing to 21%
• No panic fund raising
• Balance sheet restructuring
• Recapitalisation via internal strength
Confidence rises.
Optimism builds.
Patience increases.
Selling pressure drops.
That is how a re-rating cycle starts.
CONCLUSION
Royalex is quietly transitioning from a weak insurance stock into a financial services turnaround story.
Institutions are positioning.
Management is restructuring.
Dilution is off the table.
Shareholders are protected.
This is exactly the kind of setup that produces explosive medium-term rallies.
The crowd will come later.
Smart money is already here.

Happy 2026 All, may our loot be exponentially greater than last year 🙏

Now, I sent a funds Withdrawal request to Morgan Capital about two weeks ago, but it has not yet been processed. I find this delay unusual and somewhat concerning, as it raises questions about whether there may be deeper issues within the organisation

I would therefore like to ask whether this is a one off experience or if anyone else has encountered, or is currently experiencing similar delays before I would take any further action

1: give us the numbers behind the stock your are promoting
2: why should i buy ROYALEX when, WAPIC OR REGALINS, SUNU AND PRESTIGE is a better buy. What make royalex better than the others
3: i don't think the insurance sectors has much for us this year

There may be information asymmetry at play.

My last withdrawal request to them was last Wednesday 14th. It was processed that same day.

Did you follow up with a phone call? sometimes tha is necessary given how many retail investors operate accounts with them.

I have suggested they use virtual bank accounts to automate deposits and withdrawal, until they implement something of suc, you might need to always follow up with phone calls.

Na today? The list is very long of similar stocks. When I see such ridiculous mispricing, I begin to sell my weakest stocks and park my money in fixed income.

I suffered something similar recently. On the last day of TIP offer, i request for withdrawal of funds that have been sitting in my account for almost 2 weeks. By close o0f business i discovered it was not processed. i started following up with emails. No response. then phone calls. The call receiver started asking me stupid questions. Like, when last did i sell my stock, when did i send money to my wallet, am i aware of 11 abi 2% charge or so and so many other questions. I told him these questions were irrelevant as they should know when any of these happened. He transferred me to another person who apologized and said i would get the money by next day. That was when i knew there was problem. i was lucky to borrow the sum of money from a friend which i used to meet deadline for the TIP PO. by next morning i was paid.

We've mentioned it times without number here that people should make use of the "ATM WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" on the platform when initiating withdrawals and STOP sending emails to request withdrawals again.

Once you make withdrawal from the platform, you'll get an email acknowledgement from Morgan, then watch for credit alert to your bank account within same day (a matter of few hours).

As at today, someone made withdrawal in the morning and has gotten it because he confirmed it to me.....
Let's follow the right way
