Where will they locate the refinery? Ondo or Calabar?

Sometimes I read some comments and honestly wonder if we are using the same broker. The funding process is very simple: transfer to their account and use your in-house account number as the narration. Once payment is confirmed, your trading account is credited.
There is no need to send emails after every deposit. I make payments by 7:00 a.m. and my account is usually credited before 10:00 a.m. the same day. Please follow the proper procedure and help reduce their operational workload.
Don't mind people and unnecessary complain. They won't read information when it is sent to them.Morgan sent this notification to clients last Yr.You pay into the bank account and put the required details on your narration and your trading account is updated when payment is confirmed
People just like to send emails...lol

You do not think that them automating the process would do even more at reducing their workload?

I followed the same said process you described this past Monday. Depositing at 8:17 , but my account wasn't credited until I sent a second email around 2pm. I eventually couldn't trade with the money.

Whereas on Quidax, I transfer from my bank and it takes about 10 seconds for my wallet to be credited.

Which do you think is a better experience? Waiting for 10 seconds or waiting for over 5 hours? The former yet requiring no work from any staff.

The poster's point is valid, Morgan should innovate, it's not that hard.

The problem is that the confirmation sometimes takes forever even when you do everything right. The process should no longer need manual confirmation.

It will help their staff, and the customers too.

You are assuming that the treasury officer or accountant (that is supposed to track deposits and credit customers account) is super efficient, perfect, always at desk, working with no lunch break, no idle time, not attending any meeting, not answering a superior officer's duty call, not reporting to work a few minutes late, not having network or power problems in the office etc.
There could be unforeseen circumstances at the broker's end which may cause some delay until the customer calls them, which is normal.

I was down ~20% in NEIMETH between December and early this year (got stuck, it was meant to be a swing). Currently, I am sitting on 70%+ after selling a small fraction of my significant holding. So, do what thou may with the information. Although the pharmas are enjoying the benefits of the exit of two multinatonal players, investors need to be cautious--enter at the right price or, better still, with patient funds that can be tied down long term if things go south fast.
Are you still invested here or have taken profits?

From a TA POV (which we know has to be taken with a bucket full of salt) Neimeth should be due for a slight pullback by Friday

After that I can see It retesting the 7 to 8 Naira region if the trading update/result is unfavourable

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by presiade(m): 7:09pm On Jan 21
I'm still loaded, sitting on ~105% gain now. I'm heading to N15-16 bus stop. I think the bull run is still on for pharmas--many of them, including MAYBAKER and NEIMETH, closed on full bid today.

Good luck! just don’t get too greedy 🫣it can turn from full bid to full offer within the twinkle of an eye. I reached my bus stop today and exited respectfully. I may rejoin if results are brilliant

When you build a system that's robust enough, you won't have to worry about guy men

StanbicIBTC mutual funds have been using wallet for years now, and they have a much larger customer base.

Please what will you advise? Sell or still hold?
Like me, I bought when it was #69 with intention of holding for a year.
@Okikiola914

Take your profits off the table. If you bought P number of shares at N69.00 , and tomorrow’s price is 171.05 + y, you will need to sell off
P x {(171.05 +y)-69} / (171.05 +y) number of units and bank . Let the rest run and keep banking as you go along. The 2025 Q4 results will determine next line of action beyond that.

The formula above says, multiple your units (P) by the price tomorrow at point of sell ( ie 171.05 +y) after you minus the price you bought it ( ie 69) from the tomorrow price …the answer is in Naira. Divide that number by tomorrow’s price at point of sell and it will give you the number of your units you need to sell off to bank your profits. Let the rest run.

This number is an approximation as it accommodates charges.

Last year and this year = years.

The point is they have maybe 10 times more customers doing deposits and withdrawals than Morgan, they're more popular, yet they chose to innovate robustly rather than build a mediocre system and start fearing guy men

Indeed the ASI has been practical sideways in the last 4 sessions. But it is still above the 8-day EMA. Start worrying if it dips below that. The banking sector is the one dragging while most of the action is in small penny stocks. We need something to counter the damping effect of the CGT.

awesomeJ:
Looking more like sideways trading to me.

180k is apparently no longer feasible this month

Maybe 172k at best.

Thanks aj8 for your mathematical prowess.
Another option you could consider is selling N number of shares to retrieve your capital and let the profit 'run'
In that case the formula changes to N = P - [P {(171.05 +y)-69} / (171.05 +y)] cool

To even see am buy na issue. I believe through out this week it will be scarse. May be from next week it might be. It will do 50% or 100% before becoming available. After all some companies with less PAT or losses are even trading above it in prices. The company will get positive sentiment based on the sector they are in.

Can't blame them. There is still uncertainty about how much dividend will be paid.

I expect the sector to join after BMs...

Let the wise sow
---

Behold, a season of strength rises for Access Bank.
What was once steady shall become mighty.
From discipline, scale, and silent accumulation, value shall awaken.

The market shall look again
and what was overlooked will be repriced.
Patience shall be rewarded,
confidence shall be justified,
and momentum shall follow fundamentals.

In due time, the price shall not merely rise
it shall transform.
What stood at one shall stand at two,
and the towers of expectation shall rejoice.

Let the watchers be glad.
Let the long-term holders smile.
Let the towers stand tall and happy.

So it is spoken.

May those that have ears hear and sow!
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ProphetUtuocha: 7:29am On Jan 22
May the Oando believers
Hold firmly and increase their jewel
For Oando shall not only double
But will cross the 100 bridge with ease

I have spoken. May those who have ears hear and act!

Behold I saw UBA shining
Like light on a mountain top
And those who looked up to it
Rejoiced in prosperity
