As far back as 2015, a Staff Director I worked with in a bank was earning about ₦2.2m net monthly (excluding benefits). Do the math and imagine what someone at that same level should be earning in 2026.

That’s not even touching Branch Managers or Segment Heads pulling well over ₦1m monthly, or professionals in Oil & Gas, Extractives and Tech.
