penis captivus is very painful and could last hours. It's also exhausting and could lead to collapse of either couple. In most cases they need muscle relaxants to separate them.
The only case I've seen, the cheating couple had to shout for help when the man complained he was about to faint.

I don't have a problem if u argue it's a natural phenomenon but most medical journals agree it's very rare that some conclude it's a myth, urban legend or hoax; that's how rare it is. Others confirm it but admit its far in between. Yet in africa, there's no month we dont see cases of penis captivus making headline and it's always cheating couples.

In a letter published in the British Medical Journal in 1980 in response to Kräupl Taylor's article, Dr Brendan Musgrave recalled that in 1947 when he was a houseman at the Royal Isle of Wight County Hospital he had seen a case of this seemingly rare condition. "I can distinctly remember the ambulance drawing up and two young people, a honeymoon couple I believe, being carried on a single stretcher into the casualty department. An anaesthetic was given to the female and they were discharged later the same morning." To check the veracity of his memory, Dr. Musgrave had rung his old friend Dr S.W. Wolfe, "who was the other houseman at the hospital at the time. He confirmed my story, his exact words being 'I remember it well.'"

first thing is to investigate all cases of penis captivus we know and verify what actually happened.
check how they were separated. cross check if there's any diabolic angle to these cases.
look for evidence of penis captivus in non cheating couples- u can easily get by systematic sampling of emergencies hospital records. u can also talk to pool of private hospital/A&E doctors- most cases will go there.
talk to witnesses of these events- lots of gist happen during the excitement, they may tell u other cases that happen elsewhere. verify those cases.
Then u can arrive on a logical conclusion and not some lazy arm chair pseudo-elitist random guess.
since u are too lazy or busy to do these, sensible thing to do is to shut up and keep an open mind.

u will know someone who has never done an independent research work in his life.

since people are claiming its juju, its important u investigate if such claims are linked to the case.
does the husband suspect the woman of infidelity, is her husband into diabolical stuff, is there someone who claimed he's responsible for their predicament. That's what diabolical angle mean- its not about believing the case was as a result of diabolical attack.

If we can establish that most cases are in no way related to diabolical claim, that reinforces the fact that the cases are purely medical. This is called circumstantial or empirical evidence.

For example, the one I witnessed, the husband vehemently denied he had a hand in his cheating wife's predicament and insist he's not into diabolical stuffs.
