Just in case Ellah didn't raise the whole N235b at PO, I'm sure Chuka would've embarked on an aggressive private placement/loan sourcing exercise, immediately the signs of under-subscription were evident, to make up the shortfall. Hewitt Benson has everything under control.. e lo fokan bale. That acquisition is a done deal. Expect price rally for Ellah when the successful acquisition is announced.. projecting a price stabilisation at N25 / N30
I hope you're not a Marlian?

If they saw it.They would have done usual paparazzi with brokers over it.
It is just like the oil mill.I believe it is not yet working too. They for done show branded kpakus oil to the public during the fund raising to lift people moral to participate. It is simply street sense
Not like I expected them to be able to raise such fund in the first place. How many of you here participated.Chams still dey send us massage thanking us for believing in the management
Investors in Ellah lekos believe it is the best thing after Okomu Oil and Presco!

I will only take Lekos serious when it has paid dividends consistently for 10 years.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Stockpromoter(m): 3:12pm On Jan 26
Royal Exchange Plc is showing strong signs of internal restructuring and renewed institutional confidence.
Months ago, Nexamont increased its stake to 21.5%, signaling strategic interest rather than speculation. Now, the majority shareholder has stepped down as Chairman, making way for Mr. Ikeme Osakwe, a seasoned finance and corporate governance professional with strong public and private sector credentials.
This leadership transition reflects improved governance standards and a deliberate separation of ownership from board control — a move typically associated with corporate repositioning. Together, these developments point to ongoing internal restructuring that often precedes strategic realignment and market re-rating.
Such changes usually surface first in filings, then in volume, and finally in price.
Royal Exchange appears to be quietly positioning ahead of a potential bullish phase.

I didn't say RMB did underwrite the PO. I only pointed out a vital point that he might be missing, as indicated by the "if" clause.
emmanuelewumi:
The offer was not underwritten.

RMB is the issuing house to the offer
