zendi:I will check safety/maintenance history of the aircraft and the management. I will check how they take care of their field workers(like the maintenance engineers and flight crew ). I will also check if the pilot is psychologically alright. Just because I must fly,I wouldn't fly aircraft like royalex and Ellah lekos. |

Streetinvestor2:Hello @street investor, the people who have been silent have mostly been silent since January, even before the sideways started. Folks like Megawealth, Mankind2024, ositadima etc Except of course you were referring to me ![]() Anyways, I posted here last Friday, and since then, i haven't seen any need for a comment. We don't always have to share our opinions on every matter ![]() About things I share, the first time, you trade N30m per day, it's exciting, so you can announce, but once it becomes something regular, no need to announce again na. Anyways, I crossed N400m in volume today, and we still have 3 trading days. Now that's a new, and it's exciting. I'm now very certain my Q1 will exceed N1bn. Will share when market closes. |

Mpeace:I think Elumelu id looking for that one company he can transform to be a cash cow to fund other businesses in Heirs Holdings and other sectors as Dangote has done with DangoteCem. That cash cow has to be close to a MOAT or has a guaranteed minimum returns. I think he has tried it with Transcorp Hotel, but not enough returns. The next company is Transpower, hence the Listing but the debt in the sector isn't helping matters. Transcorp is not a stand alone entity. It aggregates the net returns of his holdings, which may not help matters. Seplat being dual listed gives it international presence.. Guaranteeing returns to develop his oil assets and wells from Heirs holding as well as Heirs other subsidiaries(Insurance, TransAfam, etc). Otedola has been doing it, latest with Geregu to fund Fbank. And in Forbes List. BUA is doing it with both BUAfood and Buacement to fund his refinery and in Forbes list. Dangote Did it with DangCem to create short-medium term liquidity fund for his refinery and in Forbes List. Elumelu Probably need Seplat to transform Transcorp and other entities too as well as enter Forbes top list. But he will need a further increase in his stake to 45%-50% with a higher dividend payout rate from Seplat to do the cash-cow magic for him with Seplat. Just me, my conspiracy and I ![]() |
