UKVI requested additional documents from me (source of funds), which I submitted via the Sheffield email as instructed. I’ve received the acknowledgment mail confirming receipt.

For those who have been in a similar situation:
- How long did it take for your visa to be approved after sending the requested source of funds?
- Did you get any further email before the decision, or was it just the final decision mail?

Your responses will really help. Thank you.

When was it sent to you, and how long did it take before you forwarded it? If you sent it immediately, you could receive an approval email within 2–3 days.

Congratulations in advance... Visa should come within 1-11 days

here is my advise guys


1. If you have any past refusals or anything you suspect will enlongate your visa decision., better do priority or super priority, the panick of waiting weeks only to start providing further docs.

If you have 3 weeks to resume, don't use standard

2. It's best to provide them with all possible docs, including study gap and source of funds well ahead of time

3. Provide a letter explaining all the documents you submitted

Lastly, if you need verifiable work references, reach out to me.

Hello guys, just passing through, let’s be very careful on this page. Not everyone here means well.
Not everyone claiming to have gotten a visa has even applied. There are people here actively hunting for those who are desperate.
Anyone saying reach out to me for things like verifiable work references should be a red flag. It’s usually one of two things: they’ll either scam you outright, or tell you to pay because “this is who they paid.” Either way, it’s not legit.
Especially when applying for a student visa, please stay legitimate. Anyone saying “I know someone” or “I have a source” for anything you know is illegitimate, stay away.
Watch out for new or recently created accounts like this one here. Some people stay on threads for weeks, playing along, then suddenly claim they’ve gotten their visa and offer “help" and "advice"
Don’t let desperation put you in trouble or cost you money.
Do things properly. Stay on the straight and narrow.

Some people are still waiting for decision since November,, January is complaining 😍.... Some others have passed thru mental trauma and later decided wateva will be will be,,so just calm down

This is a very good point... So many fake visa alerts these days.... Many genuine persons waiting for visa since November are still waiting,, from nowhere one person will say they got visa alert,,, people just do anything to scam people these days,,,may God help us oo

At this point everyone is really nervous considering the fact that enrollment deadline for most schools are fast approaching . Waking up each day and looking foward to 5pm-6pm if you’d be lucky to get an approval mail. The wait haven’t been easy. What will be would surely be. Wishing everyone the best of luck.

They will definitely drop lots of mail next week as its most skul deadline for January intake.
Make people sha they communicate with their schools regarding coursework, test & assignments. make Baba God strengthen his children and show us mercy.
Make people sha prepare to they look for available flights for next week.
