I have been experiencing the same issue since last year. I needed to be contacting GoDaddy support on WhatsApp to buy a few names then and they couldn't give another solution to the problem.

I wanted to try ordering a couple this evening and this issue still persisted. I mean I didn't enter any promo code, could not find anyone automatically added, and the price did not reflect any discount! The same thing happened last year. Now, I can't even find their WhatsApp number anywhere.

It's like I will just continue with my dear ED because the auctions still seem expensive for me. My highest-priced domains were all drops, even though I have several Closeouts domains and haven't sold any.
