He is definitely not waiting for market to go to 70k.
As long as he is making money, I don't see any problem with what he is doing, we are not here to complete.
Problem is that he's not making money.

So your point doesn't hold.

By the way, he did indeed mention 70k as his target during that crazy November sell off.

Of course you would find it hard to imagine now that the market is at 182k.

At the time , the market was crashing rapidly towards 130k, some of us saw the 180k as the more likely option, and now, we're enjoying being right.

I personally would not buy at this price. Even though I think the fair value is between 800-850. Maybe 10-20% upside left. If it does 10% again, I’ll sell some units

My body is doing to enter but the fear of buying at the top in this cycle is a big concern. The stock doesn't appear to have any plan of retracement.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 4:09pm On Feb 13
Most of these are within 10% of their price target. Looking to start selling down on some next week
Only Transcorp has refused to move for a year plus now
Sunrisepebble:
My target prices for the below:
GTCO 120
MTNN 800
SEPLAT 9,000+
TRANCORP 60-70
VITAFOAM- 120
WAPCO- 200
ZENITH - 90-100

I don’t see much upside in NAHCO any longer. Dollar is stable and DPS for FY will not give you a 10% yield at current price. Will they continue to grow revenue and earnings the way they did previously. Their Q3 was evident of that.
Pa Emma I would like to hear your opinion @Emmanuelewumi
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by handsomebolanle: 4:19pm On Feb 13
I need more of Zenith Bank at bargain prices.

Perhaps after dividend payment.

Good luck to you, hope you won't regret selling quality stocks now?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 4:37pm On Feb 13
I hope not. But it’s only 2 names here I want to cut down on and keep cash to deploy if there’s a pullback. My average cost is quite low on them. Vitafoam and MTN.
Vitafoam I don’t really see that much upside based on the current earnings trajectory.

Given the situation at the close of the market today, it should be trading in the range N88-N92.

I've been busy all day. Just opened my mac to see that I probably made my highest paper profit in a day and portfolio crossed a milestone in the process. I am grateful.

You are not buying MTN at the top. MTN has not really grown in the past few years except last year. I think this is catch up time.
I did a video on MTN ….your numbers are there

It’s live now. Sorry about that.

You can use folio.ngxpulse.ng for your portfolio tracker. It’s better than what’s available in the market. iOS and AppStore soon.
Checked it out. Good.
