Hello guys. Please I need your advice. I have about 10 years experience in my field but about 5 of those years of experiece, they were not paying tax and pension or rather they were not remitting and so I don't have tax clearance for those years. In addition, there is also no payslip because they were typical one man business and some of them were irregular payments. Can my letter of employment and a reference letter from those employers suffice for application to VETASSESS? Or is there a way out of this? |

Hello everyone, Has anyone here been able to successfully assess work experience with Engineers Australia ? How were you able to provide "Mandatory secondary documents - Employee" The only acceptable documents are: government issued documents that support the verification of your employment. either: 1. Acknowledgement or receipt of income tax return lodgement. 2. Superannuation fund statements, social security insurance statement, retirement contribution report, or employee provident fund contribution 3. Work permit and residence permit, including other official government documentation, such as a work contract showing your employment details I do not pay tax so how can I provide secondary evidence. Anyone with experience on this ? |

Please help, I got my TRA assessment in 2024 and now I want to write my English exam but the challenge now is, the passport number I used during my TRA as expired and I have done a fresh passport with a new passport number. So I'll be having different passport number for both TRA and English assessment. Do you think it's going to be a problem for me |

Hi everyone, I have a BSc and MSc in computer science and over 5 years experience as a data analyst. I want to apply for Australian PR, and was asked to go through ACS, I have started gathering documents but my concern is my transcripts, the university I schooled have refused to release the transcript to me. Please what do you guys advise I do here? They said they can only give me student copy and I dunno if they would accept it. Also for the payment documents, can I submit payslips and tax clearance or do I need to add bank statements too? Thanks |

Orgloan:You can request for a remark if you think you can get 8 points because overall point does not matter. it's individual scores. You can still lodge EOI though, proficient english is 10 points while superior is 20 points |

blackbriar:Overall points does not count for skilled visa 189, 190 and 491 EOI. it's based on individual scores. If you have L9 S9 R9 and W6.5, it's 0 point in EOI even though your overall will 8.5 |

tunlex01:Hello, i cant find your youtube channel, but i saw a video you were invited to speak on with title "Secrets to Migrating to Australia as a Teacher with @AustraliaPathfinder" Perssonally, I studied Computer Science Education, for my Diploma and Bachelors, but my degree is from Delta state uni, and from what you said in the video, my Uni is not among the eligible universities, so if I intend to follow that route, I'll have to do a PGD in Education with Teaching practice of at least 45 days. After school, I've been working as a technician for an oil and gas company with over 5yrs of experience. Please i would need your advise on the best route to follow. Thank you in anticipation |

I read Agricultural Extension in Bachelors and Agri-Food Technology in my Masters in the UK but have no work experience in any Agricultural related field as I ended up doing Care job. I saw Agricultural Technician, Agricultural Scientist, and Food Technologist and Agricultural Consultant in the occupation list. Please, can I apply for PR with Agricultural Scientist with my academic qualifications and get the visa as I have no work experience in agric field? Or should I apply with 4 years experience in healthcare and have NVQ Level 3 too? |

Victmik:Simply draw up a reference letter indicates the year and hrs you work per week and the total hours together, state there that your salary were paid directly into your account, state the amount, the account details. Get your employer in the know of it, put their contact details both emails and should be in the letter head of the company but Incase if their is no letter head then print it out and notarize it in any court so u are good to go pls note they will calculate hrs to get total number of your work experience and is always post qualification but |
