Hello Sirs. Pls I need a clarification.
I placed a bid over the weekend for some shares. The bid has gone through.

However, I selected Good till canceled with respect to time in force.

The status of my bid is now filled but I noticed I have still received multiple alerts from X-Alert regarding my trade.

Is it a system malfunction from NGX or do I need to still cancel the order. If I need to cancel I would appreciate advise on how to go about it. I have tried looking for it on the system but no luck.

In other not to cause too much dilution, they need the SP to be as high as possible before the debt-to-equity conversion.

$300m (or ₦450bn @₦1500/$) of RBL is to be converted to equity

If SP is ₦50 = 9bn units
If SP is ₦60 = 7.5bn units
If SP is ₦75 = 6bn units

What is the guarantee that price doesn’t slide back to 40s once right issue period is over.

Did you mean 100,000?
Because 800,000 is 80x what you posted above; that would have been extremely generous of the company.

I had way low and filled form for 800k chams. I was allotted everything. I think I got lucky because the right issue was dragging to be picked up

It's normal to receive multiple alerts as orders probably got executed in batches.
