You don't think the per cost of that conversion is already detrrmined?

KarlTom:
I forsee 60+

Reasons:
In other not to cause too much dilution, they need the SP to be as high as possible before the debt-to-equity conversion.

$300m (or ₦450bn @₦1500/$) of RBL is to be converted to equity

If SP is ₦50 = 9bn units
If SP is ₦60 = 7.5bn units
If SP is ₦75 = 6bn units

smiley

I have been exiting my GTB @ #115-117 to enter OANDO today at 44 while the offer last. Who is with me on this?

Pls I need your insights on the decision below

Does it make economic sense to swap jaiz for access now looking at both valuations?

Your kind response will be appreciated.
Jaiz pays a paltry dividend as well, so in the near term Access should be better. Consider entering it at a more favourable price though.

You actually see one of the angle I'm thinking from.

I want to depart jaiz with over 400% but access is going up already.. huh huh

Very hard decision right now, may be I should just sell n keep the cash for now since I also see cash as investment and don't have any in my wallet for now.

Theoretically correct.
But don't you think the owners of the debt (i.e. creditors) may kick against it? The agreement had been reached long before now, hence the creditors may want the conversion at same price for the rights issue.

Some of us are having this decisions to make on swap profitable stocks.

I have been thinking of swapping etranzact for caverton or mcnichols or chams.

Your opinion is welcome.

Access bank is not yet moving as expected. It shouldn't be trending below Wema bank at all. It's suppose to be catching up with the likes of UBA

Agbalowomeri:
I still think this your method doesn't work when you try to use number line. It does not apply common sense. I can't fathom how an expected FY EPS of less than N2 would be projected to any price more than N20. That is a PE of 10. At 80 it will be a PE of 40. That cannot make sense to me.
Still doesn't make sense? That's okay.

Obviously this is a "bull fallacy" na. You see what Currentprice called his own "enterprise value". As long as all prices are rising, all our tools are working. Make we make the money o jare

Don't be surprised to see DANGSUGAR @200. Would this logic still explain it?

E Ku Market o. 😊
* Lots of Drama in the market......
* Big caps pushing the prices as much as they could......thus driving the ASI up.....

* Battle for the soul of OANDO 😊
It will still close on full bid today.....
Either two days time, or some days later, it will cross 50.....at least, we now have a benchmark....

* ARADEL and SEPLAT can't be going up while OANDO remains at a spot ....
The brokers in charge have a lot to do on their sleeves, I have some faith in Anchoria in particular to roll up its sleeves and get the job done....
* Can they? We continue to observe the drama......😁
Let the weak hands be shaken off first..
*Btw, OANDO get to many pessimists, kilode! shocked
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 12:37pm On Feb 16
Oando may be strategizing to use results as per Company to reward shareholders, instead of using Group numbers.
Per draft FY2025 accounts, the Company has positive equity N288billion and EPS N118 (see Pg 5 & 7)

Strangely, both Company and Group have same equity share capital and share premium values

Just guess work
