No sir.

However, the debt-to-equity is very necessary, and I believe it will come later this year. Possibly bonds and PP...

robobo:
Hello Chief

is there a debt to equity in the recent notIfIcation?

i only saw that of RI

yMcy56:
Oh okay.
I thought you had insider info that Friday.
No vex.

If OANDO didnt go up immediately, then those insider boys are at work for the Masters and they have other better reasons for it.....
Reasons like: they don't want many holders to participate in the Rights, so they won't want the Rights to be attractive to them.....
Once they're done sharing the RI among the big boys, they'll come and move it to their target price....

* Come to think of it:
Which set of people could have been in possession of those humongous volumes?
Na Dem Dem nah.

** If they're not shaking off weak hands to mop-up as much free float as possible, then they're deliberately supplying volumes to make the RI unattractive to common holders because they have those taking it up already**
MCY Perhaps the bolded may be the case because the rate at which my orders at 44 were filling up before it drops even close to market closing time today was surprising. Doesn't the sellers want another 10% tomorrow?

At least JAPAULGOLD drags for over an hour before filling despite my order being exactly at +10%

Those guys have game plans....
Sometimes we can never know what they're up to, but with debt restructuring on course, patience is required, they'll eventually move it to their desired target price I blvd.
It's now back on full bid....

*Btw, you can't base your evaluation on just one day's trading....
All these other ones have some news and things going on for them before now.....

Hehe!! I am just reminiscing about those times people were arguing that banks don't make real profit and as such the discount was justified. Anyway its time to start hunting for the next opportunity, need to put these eventual profits somewhere.

As usual I will post after I buy, might post only on NGXforum though.

Is the market going crazy?! ASI is at190K!

I thought 180k at Q1's end was exceptional but at 190K, I'm getting scared o. embarassed.

I have been waiting for a pull back for some weeks now but there's no sign of that yet.

I love the greens but I am cautious too.

As it is, how much correction will be healthy for stocks like MTN, GTB, Aradel & the likes ?

Don't look at prices look at valuations. Knowing when to sell is important and valuation should be your guide. I hope you noticed that I was quoting forward PE when referring to my holdings not the price.

faoogoke:
United Bank for Africa (UBA), Zenith Bank and Access Corp are projected to deliver the strongest risk-adjusted returns among Tier-1 lenders in 2026, driven by capital appreciation and dividend strength.

This is according to analysts at CardinalStone Research in their latest “CardinalStone Banking Strategy Report,” published on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

The report outlines projected total returns across major Nigerian banks, highlighting earnings recovery, valuation gaps and improving balance sheets as key drivers of performance, while also identifying underperformers within both Tier-1 and Tier-2 segments.
Access bank will still be cheap at N40. Just relax and be sipping your wine, let the analysts be doing tombolo tombolo up and down. na now dem dey wake up
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 2:34pm On Feb 16
I presume not.

Except there's already an agreement in place..

You don't think the per cost of that conversion is already detrrmined?
