it can be either. Usually, they will let you know whether the interview will be physical or virtual a week before your interview date.

Please in looking for a school to enroll for masters program in English language related courses, Logistics, or Hospitality management related courses, a free tuition or tuition fee that is less than 400euros.

I actually studied French language in Absu, so o have BA in French and looking for a school that can offer any of the 3 courses mentioned above.

You can check https://taughtie.campusfrance.org/tiesearch/#/catalog, filter it down to the field you are interested in.
since you have BA in french, i think it will be better if you go for french taught programmes, as there are more french taught programmes than english, less competitive and most do have lower tution.
