My prayer my broker will be able to help me with the mandate I have dropped with them to increase my stake in UNITY BANK on the day one of their listing as whatever name they choose... That's the only entity I want to be heavily loaded in as long as the banking sector is concerned. UNITY BANK will end up being the bank I have the highest volume of shares
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ojesymsym: 9:45am On Feb 19
This looks like a good one...Kind of you to share.

@awesomeJ, is this a manual version of your strategy? You pay very close attention to ASI which suggest that your may be a lot more different from this.
aj8:
The day's market on the NGX is characterized in the first 15 minutes of trade. What I do. I open my “Trades” on the eTrader platform and wait till 10.15 am, I sort the data according to volume highest to lowest. This would show stocks that are about to shoot up and those being dumped, I just pay attention to only the first page after sorting accordingto volume highest to lowest, I don't scroll down. On this first page, I take note of new entrant stocks, stocks that have been docile or consolidating for a while that..
1. have done 10% green but demand far more than supply….buying. I join the queue provided cash is available.
2. show 10% green with huge supply more than demand..dumped/ profit taking corrections. Especially if the price drops as the market progresses. I walk away or take profit if I wish to

News changes the course of trades. The information once known to the privileged few, the stock will show up as huge abnormally large multiple volume interests. The first 15 minutes help to detect that. Subsequently, I update “Trades” on the platform as sorted every 15 minutes and note new entrants to consider taking a position on.

It's interesting how often this works. Much later the news emerges…e.g Tantalizer and Japaul…NB (profit taking a day before results publication )

A strategy I thought I should share. Do not commit huge funds till you are okay with it.

Minimum initial deposit for CardinalStone is 50K. Same with subsequent top ups. Their total charges is about 1.46%. And that CS Alpha doesn't work for every phone. Google Play clearly tells me, "This app won't work for your device."

essentialone:
CardinalStone Stock Brokers (specifically CardinalStone Securities Limited) has a self-trading app similar to Afrinvest. It is known as "CS Alpha" (you can download it now), which allows users to directly manage their investment portfolios, trade in stocks, and invest in fixed income securities. They also have an online trading portal called TradeDirect.

Here are the details regarding their platforms and fee structure:

CardinalStone Self-Trading Platforms:

CS Alpha App: A one-stop mobile app for Android and iOS that provides remote access to trade stocks, view portfolios, update KYC, and manage investments.

TradeDirect: An online web-based platform for real-time, direct market access to the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

Yochaa: CardinalStone Securities also powers the Yochaa platform for trading.

Buy and Sell Commission Fees (Percentage):

Brokerage Commission: CardinalStone charges a broker commission of 1.00% of the consideration for stockbroking transactions.

Total Transaction Cost (Estimated): While the base brokerage commission is 1%, total transaction costs (including NSE fees, CSCS fees, and Stamp Duty) can bring the total, especially on the sell side, to around 1.675% + ₦4.00 per transaction.

Note: For comparison, the top 10 brokers in Nigeria often charge in the range of 1.35% up to 1.675% for full-service, though some may offer lower rates for higher volumes.

Key Details:

Minimum Initial Deposit: ₦1,000,000.00.

Account Setup: Online, with 24-hour setup upon submission of documents.

It's this newsletter that's slowing it down.....
Once sorted, the positive momentum should resume...
I just sense there are some game plans going on here, which the document was used as delay tactics to perfect......this is my opinion.
We see how it goes.....
One thing is that, the restructuring plan is commencing
