He should have raised like 35% of the funds through right issue at discount to existing investors and appeal passionately to existing investors to flow with him while opening the remaining 65% to the open market. That way over 50% of the funds could have been raised in which case he could have looked for institutional investors to complete the deal.

Thank God I have exited most of my loot previously @11.60 and today @12.90.

Note that people that behave like Chuka doesn't give up, now that this move has failed he will soon re-package the mill and bring out the video of ongoing production. That will be the next sustaining news. But I don't see the price going back to #6 as Oga predicted.

What a week it has been. My siamese twins, NAHCO and NASCON delivered. Destination #200 for both.

Stock wey never pay dividend wan raise funds for NGX. Na only US those Kain thing dey successful. We still believe in dividend in Nigeria

For the health of NGX going forward and the security of our funds I think all of us should be against this ZICHIS nonsense strategy. Should this continue every new company will be listing on the floor by introduction and move the price by 2000% before any other investor can get 10000 units.

Please how many units were you able to buy at any price below CIrca 11.90?
Even buying at the price I mentioned means someone sold ZICHIS FUTURES to you at 500%.

This is incorrect. Average daily units is 7.7m+ (4.9m if we exclude the day of listing)

Out of 25 trading days since listing, ZICHIS has only traded less that 600k units on THREE occasions...

They create different contents whenever they want the stock price to appreciate.

They have standby investors who developed cold feet and refused to invest at the last minute, even though the offer was extended by 2 weeks in order to accommodate additional investors

The only fear i have for this one is that those chinese might cut dividend to finance expansion (ashaka &shagamu expansion recent news) which could affect price sentiment on NGX, otherwise this one na rock solid

So their is no more a stock except ftginsure selling for less than 1 Naira on the ngx. Nawaoo. I wanted to gamble with small fund.

Everybody knows the cliches but when the time comes to apply them people lose their head.

Right now we are in the middle of a strong bull market and people are just giving high valuations to nonsense companies. FOMO has set in, people are irrationally exuberant but they cant see it.

These numbers that seem shocking will be very normal when fear kicks in. And the irony of it all is that people who are chasing at these high prices will be too scared to buy when that time comes.
