In our 2025 discussions on this forum about Chuka Mordi and the prospects of a "Tingo Farm 2" scenario, it was clear from the outset that Mr. Mordi never managed Ellah Lakes like a proper corporate organisation—he ran it more like a one-man business.
I was fortunate to exit 95% of my units at a good price.
The clock on Ellah Lakes' profitability has been set back significantly and dealt a major blow.
The voice of the people is the voice of God.
The faithful supporters and campaigners for Ellah Lakes gave their all, but Chuka and his team ultimately let them down.
His hallmark has been inconsistency. He could have succeeded by following the organic growth strategy that some of us analysed here, but greed led him to overlook that steady pathway. The result was the failed public offer.

It has dropped a few percent this week from a high of 14-15 to 11 with the bull euphoria relaxing a bit.

-Undergoing twin effect of expansion to new frontier state and upgrading in its strongfold. Primarily focused on upgrading pending PO or RI in near future.

-Hedged against future forex downtown through massive inventory(raw materials)
overflow beyond quarters. To avoid repeat of effect of forex losses.

-Probably coming to raise capital in due time for their expansion
(20bn capital raise )...hence future capital appreciation in view in near term.

-As a health sector, products are Eligible to both VAT exemption (Cheaper product to customers, more sales)
and input VAT returns from raw material purchases.

-Its return to profitability.
Retained earning still negative(from 2.8bn(2024 to 1.8bn(2025)
-Revenue is improved from 4 to 7bn

It's elder brothers Fidson and Mecure are already showing workings and glimpse of Neimeths possible future prospects in capital appreciation.( though Neimeth is smaller in size with higher OS)

I saw the game long ago.The insiders have long cashed out.That was why RI was not part of the game.I knew they can never raise even 1/4 of that fund.I call it kpakus for different reasons

For the records after countless right issue that OANDO did in the past...

in 2014 they came up with another right issue @#22:50k after a while investors were not responding they quickly changed the price to #16.50k still yet their share price nosedives to sub #2.00k

That's how LOW & DUBIOUS OANDO CAN BE.
