I am trying to fill forms for e-dividend forms then I realized NIBSS created a platform.

Does the platform work (i couldn’t log-in), or should I jejely fill paper forms and submit at my bank.
Yes it does.
Just upload the necessary documents and select the stocks also.

You should get a mail from the registrars also once you are through with that stage

Omooloriredade:
I don't know about buying a stock and going to sleep o. If it's to make money and get out, 2025 is Japaul's year in my opinion.

IF they can successfully complete their gold exploration activities, commence refinery operations (or at least be close to starting it).
They will be back to positive equity off the back of the recently concluded placement.

SP catalysts to look out for:
* Commencement of their N25B dredging contract in the Lekki/Ikoyi axis. This remains their major source of revenue for now.
* Successful completion of their diamond drilling program that could lead to a gold discovery and increase their reserve.
* Completion of their gold processing plant, refinery and other acquisitions.
* Ramping up of their mining business.
* Bonus is if private placement was to institutional or foreign investors. I don't think so though. The new shares represent 57% of the issued share capital.

These are all FA events but not what most here are familiar with. Same situation with Oando.

Disclaimer - This is not a recommendation to buy or sell Japaul. I have been wrong many times before.
Omooloriredade:
I think it's in line with international standards. It takes about two years from feasibility studies (PFS and DFS) for a mine to be fully ready for production. An important factor to consider is the availability of capital sha. The first few years is spent building the infrastructure that will support the mine - camp for workers, establishing transport channels - mine to refinery or port, power and water solutions etc. Pretty sure you should be able to see the camp from google earth if you have the coordinates.

I believe Japaul will be starting with a pilot plant to get the cash coming in first. Then they will scale up with time. Point to note though, Japaul is making an entry into this space via acquisition of companies with some existing infrastructure.

The one you are referring to is artisanal mining which is what is prevalent in Nigeria. Dig up the "ore", do basic processing and sell off (usually below actual value). I have seen media coverage of some of these miners.
My timeline was a bit off. cheesy

Gold has been on a tear. Pour that first gold Japaulgold. Let's see you do it.

Stockpromoter:
Why the run now?
Market is being strengthening the more.
Insurance recapitalization
Dangote refinery IPO
$1 Trillion economy drive.

Wait for ASI at 300k.
All these will even happen before 2027 election.
Tinubu is a very smart man.

Investors in this market will make money and become tired of money self.

Have you asked why the introduction of tax in the stock market?

Because they know people will harvest heavily.
We are only but in the middle of this bull journey.

ASI will do another 80-100% but only the patient investors will enjoy it 100%.

Jijoists will be jumping around thinking they are making money.
When they see the stock they sold is on 1000% extra, eyes go clear.
💯% This is it! Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you Loco.

I can also confirm this from a very reliable source that despite the recent highs, the bull run is still in second base.

He said there will be a series of announcements in the coming months that would provide stimulus for the bull run

Could Tantalizer pull an Oando or Ellah Lake? I was going to give them until Q1 '26 (9mths) ....... but you never know... huh

No epistle from me on this one..........everyone should do their own research. Read, understand and arrange the puzzles.

Not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Not going into details or verifying figures so please fact-check for yourself.

Tantalizers Group comprises - QSR (Tantalizers that we all know) + Fisheries (Blue Economy) + Entertainment (Tantainment Ltd).
Based on company released valuation, Tantainment was worth N30B. They sold 10% of Tantainment Ltd to RGM materials for a discounted sum of N2B. For argument sake, let's say actual worth is N20B based on this sale. Management could well have over-valued the subsidiary.

Tantalizers Group = QSR (N??) + Fisheries (N??) + Entertainment (N20B)

Based on the closing price of N5.40k and OS of 5B:

N27B = QSR (N??) + Fisheries (N??) + Entertainment (N20B)

QSR + Fisheries = N7B

The QSR has been an underperformer for years so the Fisheries may be the one to do the heavy lifting in any valuation re-discovery in 2026. IF and a big IF the company is able to achieve their revenue projections for 2026, the market MAY reward this company handsomely. If and if Tantainment Ltd was actually conservatively valued at N20B or it was actually worth N30B, then we may see market repricing this stock further in 2026.

Not a recommendation to buy or sell. Please do your own research.

But, you have to give it to the man. One of his babies (Japaul) is doing extremely well and is not about slowing down. I thank God i was caught up with the wave. I have being in and out of the stock a countless number of times. But, have never seen this type of sustained rally. I actually had a mind to do JIJO with the stock but, now i am in for the long haul for my tasere units. Though, still trying to get in daily with an increment of 10% without being successful.

I had missed a number of stocks that are making waves due to bad mouthing by NSEMPA members. But, 2026 i refuse to read things that will derail my progress.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by HesInMe: 3:30am On Feb 21
Finally, Ellah's official announcement. Totally irresponsible that this leaked out before it was posted on the website.

https://ellahlakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/202602_Ellah-Lakes-Plc_Announcement-of-Public-Offer-Closure.pdf

Honestly, this outcome is a good thing for the market. It shows that you might be able to deceive retail investors with media buzz, but institutional investors are still investing with discipline.

So now an unattractive acquisition gets even more costly if Ellah raises debt to buy ARPN. Maybe Presco can now swoop in and steal?

$1.8 Billion worth of Gold shocked is already explored in one of our mines. Let's exploit it. More Gold reserve abound.

This is an unusual opportunity for diasporas to invest in Gold mining with life-long returns. With 7g/ton of Gold spread over 10km square, it is safe to put all your eggs in one basket.

At present, Japaul has 5 Gold mines in Nigeria. We have 20,576kg (i.e 636,856 ounces - inferred) in GOLD RESERVE from 15% of exploration done on our licenced mines.

The reserve is worth 1.8 billion USD, which is why you are invited to join us to unearth and process.

A lot of uncouth rantings against Ellah lakes. Those who bought into it know they bought with a mid to long term view in mind. People see value in stocks sometimes because of the prospects of the sector and the vision. Like Ellah, like Japaul. Some bought tantalizers and deapcap when in the Kobo range.. the demand for palm oil, palm kernel and derivatives is insatiable. Local supply can't meet it so its being imported. If Ellah pulls off the acquisition of ARPN (which it should), it will be a huge leap and transformation.. for those who don't believe in the vision, no stress. We believe. No be by force. Every Mallam to his kettle. I'm holding Ellah and Japaul. I will be patient and hold for about 5 years.

SHUT UP ABOUT ELLAH LAKES: A Masterclass in Corporate Failure and Guru Stupidity

I don’t want to hear one more word, one more write up, or one more "bullish" analysis of the Ellah Lakes garbage. I wrote about it few weeks ago when the price was at 3 naira now around ₦15, and most of you were too blinded by the green candles not to see the rot underneath.

The Farm: Losses of ₦1.87 billion on a pathetic ₦146 million revenue.

2. The "Guru" Clowns

If your "mentor" or "stock guru" told you to buy Ellah Lakes, do yourself a favor: block them. They aren't "investors"; they are SportyBet addicts in cheap suits. While they were chasing "price appreciation" on a company that loses ₦12 for every ₦1 it earns, Okomu & Presco Oil was printing ₦202 billion in profit.

Presco & Okomu : Real oil. Real profit. Real money.
Ellah Lakes: High-priced paper. Real losses. Real delusion.

3. The "Rights Offer" Scam
To anyone who put money into the ₦235 billion Rights Offer: Congratulations, you just donated your savings to pay for the ₦1.19 billion personnel costs of a company that doesn't actually produce anything of value.

You aren't "investing in the future of agriculture"; you're paying the salaries of people who are laughing at you while they burn through ₦3 billion of cash in a few months.

The Reality: Ellah Lakes is a shell. The leadership is a joke. And the "gurus" who praised this are frauds. If you followed them into this pit, you deserve the loss and better of playing sporty bet ...Investor Wey No dey Read
Religious people and people who invest with faith and not facts are the easiest people to scam..

A smart shareholder of Ellah Lakes should have known by the end of January 2026 that the offer was not successful. Based on the content creation antecedents of the company, they would have created enough contents on the social media to show and entertain the investing public that have gotten the N230 billion

SonofElElyonRet:
Just in case Ellah didn't raise the whole N235b at PO, I'm sure Chuka would've embarked on an aggressive private placement/loan sourcing exercise, immediately the signs of under-subscription were evident, to make up the shortfall. Hewitt Benson has everything under control.. e lo fokan bale. That acquisition is a done deal. Expect price rally for Ellah when the successful acquisition is announced.. projecting a price stabilisation at N25 / N30
And this

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 6:28am On Feb 21
SonofElElyonRet:
I think it's logical to assume that Ellah's PO was fully subscribed until the contrary is proven. The price action shows confidence in the stock by the "more informed" and "privileged insiders"
On the long run profitability, efficiency and value creation are what can sustainably drive stock prices, not emotions, sentiments and manipulation.

Institutional investors are not fool, if they are not in a stock they have their reasons. We have so much liquidity in the system, yet the public offer of Ellah Lakes was a big failure. Probably because the big guys have doubts on the ability of the managers to effectively utilize the fund.

The offer was extended by 2 weeks in order for the so called strategic investors to invest in the public offer, yet it failed.

Waiting for the next content that will be created, I believe investors are becoming wiser.

Expect more of this in other public offers that will be marketed by some companies that have not delivered in the past
