NNPC will probably be one of the major institutional investors at/before IPO. Prolly try to get back to the 20% they missed out on before.

* How do you identify your entry and exit point, time or set the time?
What stockbroker that can link you with the NGX etrader.

@Smarttrader.. You may need to search the major stockbrokers in Nigeria. Give them a call to ascertain that they are linked to the real-time trading platform. You could equally search through previous posts here on Nairaland with keywords like stockbroker, real-time, etc. Please do not try until you have understood what it's all about. I only assign, a tiny fraction of my investment to this. 1 million x 10 trades. It's really what some have termed here jijo but with a 20/20 vision, not blindly. It's also terrific in detecting some stocks moving out of consolidation. And, useful for those who may not have all the technical acumen or too busy with profession to analyze stocks in clear detail..like me . Volumes hardly lie.

This incident is likely to prompt stricter new regulations around listings by introduction on the NGX, especially for companies with limited tangible assets or operations.
After reviewing their website and public disclosures, it's evident they have very little on the ground beyond the core poultry farm operations (with some aquaculture, crop farming, and feed processing mentioned, but appearing quite modest in scale).
A realistic asset-based valuation of Zichis would struggle to exceed ₦1.5billion — especially at the time of listing — though market enthusiasm has driven the share price and market cap.

Question: I have submitted my mandates for e-dividend, where would the N200 fees (they plenty) be charged to? I didn’t see any option to pay, I just submitted.

I got an email acknowledge of the mandates submitted but how will know if the mandate are successful (no where to track). When i refresh the page, if just opens a new fresh page for e-dividend mandate submission.

Just make sure you have mobey in your bank account. It will be deducted from your bank balance once approved. I had issue with them because they keep resending my mandate and gtb keeps deducting my money. Something that should not cost me more than 2500 for 1p mandates ended up costing me 9509

That is all you don't need to do anything else .You have given them your account details there so when dividend payment is around the corner they will debit your account for the said fees

I don't want to call them names sha but they don't understand this game at all

I have never seen company as greedy as that zichis in my whole year on ngx. I hope they never make it back to the floor so they go back to their 400 million market cap

I said a few days ago. They managed the price to reach that high with very minimal volumes sold daily
Some days only few hundreds of thousands were sold., just to move the price.
If millions were reported as sold, most must have been through cross deals.

Now the regulators must have confirmed these

Why should they put an end to listing by introduction?
Are they forcing anyone to buy?

Over the weekend, NGX RegCo indulged investors to ensure due diligence and avoid speculative trading.

Exactly, especially for companies with no track record in the NGX.
I hope Dangote refinery would not be listing by introduction as well.
PO is the best option for a level playing field for all investors
