Senior man, Please give me link to your source if price to sale ratio
It is what you can calculate yourself.

The market capitalization divided by revenue.

Ideally depending on the industry, profit margin and growth elections.

Price Sales ratio should be between 1 and 5.

If the price sale ratio is 5, it means one can use the revenue generated by the business to buy up the business in 5 years.

That means no salary, taxes, finance expenses, operating expenses and capital expenses

The company has a lot of value. The management just needs to shut up and focus on running their business. Too much financial engineering going on and not enough actual palm oil business
This is like a scam.

It was obvious to the blind that something criminal is going on.

It is not that i am jealous i didn’t buy at inception oo but haba grin
They over did it..
They were literally mocking NGX..
they should have stopped at 5, stretched it to 10.
Then foolishly went to 17.

Haba!
It's not as though they have been listed for a long time.

Can't they take a cue from others that listed.
Be smart about it not imposing..
Open the market a bit for retailers...
You can ride it later in the year as you wish.

Anchoria and Co too do...
They were just rubbing it in..(on NGX)

I plan to buy a lot of Ellah lakes but not yet. Dust needs to settle on the stock and reality needs to set in for the general market.

It will take a long time for the company to become profitable so I am very very patient
I may buy greedily below N3 should it fall that low grin Or higher if new goooooood content creations are released, like profits finally in view.

People are now openly mentioning N1 for this stock..... how sentiments change
Abeg ooo. It is just a guess for context

Ellah can still rise.
Never say never for any stock. That is my philosophy.

I won't call it a scam, I just think the management tried to cash in on the hype about palm oil. If you look at it from that perspective they kind of succeeded.

OBAGADAFFI:
They(Directors) deserve it.
It was purely insider trading.
I blame the brokers or assigned issuing house that listed them more..
They should know better.
They are now painting the company on a bad light.

I would advise you not to give a price till you see numbers. These guys spent hundreds of millions financing public offer, did loan conversion; the numbers are going to be brutal.

Those big companies have the result to justify their price. They also have fair distribution and their shares are often available to buyers in the open market
The problem here is not the manipulation, the problem here is that most of our ogas them didn't see the stock to buy at a low price, hence the sporadic attack on the stock. I think what played out is the law of demand and supply, and the sector the stock is. What could be said of Mecure when it was listed?

They can even have an Offer for Sale, whereby existing shareholders will sell part of their holdings to the public at a fixed price unlike listing by introduction whereby the price the existing shareholders will sell will be increasing on a daily basis. That gives room for manipulation
Thanks for the insight

I wrote about their price to sale ratio last week and it appears to be the second highest on NGX after that of Ellah Lakes.

Zichis learnt the tricks from Ellah Lakes
@Agba said Zichis plan is dead on Arrival...

You get it.
Some might have petitioned SEC self.

Even though ZICHIS over did it, they should have been smart with it.
ZICHIS came at a time palm.oil biz is booming....
All the palm oil stocks were going up..... PRESCO, OKOMU
What do we expect?
It's glaring the stock price will move along with them

MECURE manipulated their stock all the way from below 10 to 80+

IPO price is inflated, listing by introduction price are super inflated and also manipulated for additional price inflation
But boss, ZICHIS price wasn't inflated at listing....
It was listed at N1.81

Haba with a stock of about 600 million outstanding shares and market capitalization of about N1 billion when it was listed.

Me sef no fit buy such stocks no matter the hype.

Understand the business behind Zichis.

It is located in my maternal grandfather village of Odogbolu Ogun State.

I don't think the total business should be worth more than N1 billion.

But now valued by speculators at almost N10 billion
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 12:05pm On Feb 23
You see kpakus no see 20 billion in that offer. If that man in funny tie saw 20 billion. He won't have thought of refunding anything. They should tell us how much they got make i laugh more.
Sec/ngx should investigate kpakus for insider trading of her shares directly or indirectly

That is the manipulation in the case of Zichis.
An IPO or Offer for sale would not allow them to move or manipulate the price and volume on a daily basis as we witnessed for Zichis.

We are not saying every other stock that listed by introduction was manipulated. Dangote cement (I think ) listed by introduction and we did not experience this kind of a thing.
The mechanism for listing by introduction allows the company to control the units and price of trade, which can easily lead to manipulation.

Corporate managers and others will continue to play us until we invest with figures and not hypes

Lol. I was criticized when I noted that Ellah is run by a banker, not an farmer. Farmers know that oil palm is not a get-rich-quick deal.

If they can't close the ARPN acquisition, as it looks likely they won't, let's review again in 4-5 years.
