Then the price should be fixed , NGX should know the quantity they want to sell to the public.

The stock should be sold to investors on a first come, first serve basis and no investor can buy more than a certain quantity during the period of the listing by introduction.

I definitely know that SEC and NGX will come with stricter rules
Zichis was warned by NGX during their listing ceremony in NGX office about free float and transparency..
Anchoria are to be blamed more
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by chimex38:
Watch below from:
@ 1hr 46mins when the MD of Zichis was trying to defend his free float.

He simply passed it on to Anchoria securities.

@ 1hr 49min.
The NGX staff their said they were given 3days to make it available to minority and meet he free float on the floor..

@1hr 56mins
Mr. Sam the most experienced and longest serving stockbroking member of the NGX(Doyen title or so)
was stern and direct with stricter warnings; absorbing the directors of Zichis but squarely facing Anchoria securities even with a proverb.

He specifically said this listing and free-float of a thing has caused the NGX a bad name they are trying to correct.

The main business is Poultry farm, the others are new and probably advised by the people who packaged them for listing in order to justify the premium added to the valuation by the time it will be listed.

As a matter of fact it is still on the growth section of NGX and still has to grow in order to be promoted to the main board of NGX

It is a scam.

If you want to come to the market come through an Initial Public Offer or an Offer for Sale
Let's not paint them all inone brush.

Listing by introduction should stay.

If snything, we need more depth.

Do you understand the business behind the stock. Just a poultry farm
There are poultry farms worth more than ₦100 billion in Nigeria! Like Obasanjo farms.

Brother i really appreciate you for this.

I kept trying. Tried with a different bank and it went.

Question: I have submitted my mandates for e-dividend, where would the N200 fees (they plenty) be charged to? I didn’t see any option to pay, I just submitted.

I got an email acknowledge of the mandates submitted but how will know if the mandate are successful (no where to track). When i refresh the page, if just opens a new fresh page for e-dividend mandate submission.
You can reach out to Atlas registrars via email or phone.

I put my ACCESS bank shares for sale and I know very strange dealings.
Purchases for 1 unit, 2 units, 10 units come plenty with plenty alerts.

Japaul is falling due to the whole suspension and manipulation fears not necessarily any prediction.
You can argue all you want.

I said it was no longer going to do above #5, you were expecting #1000, now it's on offer at #3.80, you're explaining.

PREMPAINTS should get the same treatment as ZICHIS. They are not inflating their stock price by=ut it is hardly ever avaialble. Whats the point in listing when shares wont be available for retialers to buy?

How about a simple rule of no price movement until 20% of the OS are freely floating? no need to throw out the baby cos of the badt water.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 12:31pm On Feb 23
We'll be here to hear counter stories when you're able to see ZICHIS buy....
At least NGX is trying to force them to release 20% now.....😁

Meanwhile, no one should come with stories of how s/he can't see JAPAUL to buy again.
It's available now you're running away, when conductor lock door you'll want to enter again..
Make una continue...😁

Meanwhile, more smart guys are buying now....
At least, that 90M single unit bidder will be thanking those panic selling now.....
Conveniently filling his bids....

The problem here is not the manipulation, the problem here is that most of our ogas them didn't see the stock to buy at a low price, hence the sporadic attack on the stock. I think what played out is the law of demand and supply, and the sector the stock is. What could be said of Mecure when it was listed?
Most peeps currently criticizing have been criticizing the stock with their analysis since it was ₦3.. Even when it got to ₦4.5 retracted back got 10 and Skyed to 17. They still used their method to criticize the business.
So your assertion doesn't hold.

Haba with a stock of about 600 million outstanding shares and market capitalization of about N1 billion when it was listed.

Me sef no fit buy such stocks no matter the hype.

Understand the business behind Zichis.

It is located in my maternal grandfather village of Odogbolu Ogun State.

I don't think the total business should be worth more than N1 billion.

But now valued by speculators at almost N10 billion
Very small farm with fewer than 500 employees.

Alhaji should just make sure that he does an IPO or offer for sale for Dangote refinery.
I have devised the means to buy as many units as I need through either method, if the price is okay.

loss kwa? the problem with Airtel is the dual listing which results in a huge chasm in values quoted in both market.

SEPLAT is almost 4x in price, yet people still release 100k units.

SEPLAT has also suffered long periods of price stagnation due to this dual listing as well. Like over 6 months with no movement.
what i am trying to explain is simple.

if you have say 1 million units of Dangote Refinery and you find it on full bid, will you release 100k units? doing so and finding the stock doing multiple full bids going forward makes the 100k unit earlier released looks like a loss

Lol. I was criticized when I noted that Ellah is run by a banker, not an farmer. Farmers know that oil palm is not a get-rich-quick deal.

If they can't close the ARPN acquisition, as it looks likely they won't, let's review again in 4-5 years.
Despite the offer failure, Mr. Chuka still sounded more confident that they will close the APRN deal.
It looks like they will.
It's their lifeline for a quicker rebound.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by MeezPat(f): 12:45pm On Feb 23
At 1.81 it was already overpriced. Knowing how demanding agriculture can be and the firm was claiming to do everything

Let's be very honest, ELLAH & ZICHIS suspension played a massive role.

Let's see where JAPAUL ends at cob smiley
No doubt!

But they( the suspended and failed tickers) aren't pushing dangote cement or mtnn to full offer?

If the gold was real, it would have kept the run.

And who would subscribe at that time? Most investors would wait until after the acquisition before the buy their shares

I hope you were not caught unawares.
The whales in Japaulgold dropped about 250m units of Japaulgold this morning and that is the reason Japaulgold lost control.
Right now,the whales are still doing more distribution and will bring the price lower for another accumulations.
Until they are ready to go again, Japaulgold goes nowhere.
Japaulgold can be traded now using technical chart as a speculative stock.
The main time is coming for Japaulgold and that is when Gold production starts.

Learn to swim with the whales, sharks, cow boys when you see them in action and monitor when they are exiting.

They use distributions to exit and you will be happy buying at distribution prices thinking you are entering at a good bargain.

Another rally will come but below 3.50 is next accumulations
