Human beings sef... Is this not what we have long been advocating for. For more participation in the exchange just like we have in other developed exchanges. Now it is improving we de shake.. No matter how fantastic a company is if no body is buying the price will drop. We have less than 4% of our population on the exchange, other developed exchanges have 25 to 60%>> Itzlinda: |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by thebargainhunte: 10:46pm On Feb 23 |
Streetinvestor2:I don't think what Zich did was a scam, what they did was listing by introduction which means they didn't raise any money for the company rather the 600 million shares issued were fully paid before listing by shareholders. When it was listed, the shareholders saw a huge demand for the stock being an agric stock and they started hoarding it.Every investor does it to maximise profits and it is not a crime, it is law of demand and supply. Presently, it has the lowest outstanding shares among its peers. |

Stockhunter:There is still so much room for growth, we are not even close to the 2007 levels, the average PE on the NGX is about 6x, the NGX is crazily undervalued! If you look at the fundamentals too, from Dangote listing to Pencom. The mistake anyone will make here is to leave the market early, institutions are waiting for the smallest pull back to load their bags. And there is no retails in the market self, there are more Nigerians trading crypto today that those on the NGX which is abnormal. The NGX has not started yet! I am sure we close above 150trillion market cap this quarter. |

thebargainhunte:You have just been chatting your own since. Point to another stock on NGX that has been doing 10 daily for over 2 weeks straight with little or next to nothing being sold to the public. Some of you need to be hit on the head really hard for factory reset lol. The rot in Nigeria is so bad, most people see something bad and tell you there is nothing bad with it. Smh |

Harddiskng:Why the fixation on Zich? Is it because many here could not get it to buy on the floor. This is a company that is making profit and has a positive equity and yet many are quick to point an accusing finger. Check out other companies being promoted by this same set of people (company with no profit and negative equity for years) who are criticizing Zich and you begin to see a pattern of double standards. Why would someone justify the current price of ellah or NCR or FTNCOCOA or even tantalizer and be critical of Zich price? |

Ladygracy:I have no idea. It's just a warning against next time. If they go at it again during closed periods, actions can be taken. Market may react a bit. It all boils down to your reason or strategy, trader, long-term investor, etc |
