pluto09:The free float regulation is an either/or: 20% or N20bn worth The BUAs qualify based on the N20bn |

crownprince2017:By the time people know some are after personal agenda here, they'll know how to sieve info. By the time, they succeeded in getting in at cheaper price, we'll see their posts and narrations changed. I don't always allow some noise to get to me. JAPAUL will deliver, that I know. *Loco wouldn't have allow people rest here if he's still in the bus, we would have been reading stories of how it will get to N50 and all that....😊 When I picked Unity Bank for instance @0.84k and it started appreciating that time, nothing wey Dem no talk finish here....but it went down ooo, then picked up to go above N3 again. We are watching JP patiently....🤔 |

@Mpeace, JAPAULGOLD is now on full offer. Sometimes take a trader's insight seriously if you're only speculating. Take Pa Emma's if you're doing long term. Take Agba's if all you care about is capital preservation. |

mikeapollo:It sounds like double standard, cos when NCR rose with absolutely zero fundamentals, rose maybe 300% in one month, Mankind2024 praised it, and all, no body complained. Yet it traded thinly then as well. |

pluto09:Pluto, you don't have to keep replying, they won't agree with you no matter what. The thing is that, ZICHIS didn't allow them chop with am, so they won't stop blaming them. Just see story changed once they're able to buy after suspension is lifted. I wonder why no one is blaming NGX for dereliction/negligence of duty here... ![]() Why did it take NGX this long before they noticed the infractions? Even common investors were noticing this but regulators were blinded to it because their pockets are getting fat with 🤑 💰. **I would say, NGX couldn't also partake in ZICHIS goodies, hence the need to look for an excuse to nail them......so they found one. Shikenah! |

pluto09:Exactly. The company isn't responsible for your greed. You willingly placed a bid to buy a company with zero equity, sometimes negative equity, sometime crazy earnings multiples like 100x You sent in the order on your own accord, if it backfires, 10000000% of the blame is on you. Life isn't supposed to be hard. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Oasisblue: 11:41am On Feb 24 |
yMcy56:Na wa o! We are not really different form the politicians we are blaming. The people defending Zichis are hilarious. Their infraction was starring us in the face. Just because you were abke to grab some units or you know the people manipulating the stock price you ahve turbed to their defender and accussing thoseapplauding the NGX for doing the right thing as sore losers. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by awesomeJ(m): 11:45am On Feb 24 |
rmx:The CBN is concerned about too fast a pace for the appreciation. I learnt they were net takers from the market last week. Almost $200m they bought off sellers, they themselves not having to sell any dollars to the market. They bought off people to avoid too rapid movement. If you were an FPI that brought in $1bn at N1500, should the currency move too rapidly to N1250, you have a 20% incentive to sell off your debt and have your original N1.5 trn capital now buy as much as $1.2bn worth of cheap dollars. If all FPIs ran that maths, the demand would be too crazy for the CBN to match, so steady gains are preferred. I still expect 1200 to 1260 by Q2. I actually want that. I guess most of us naira earners do. |

Peter don use purist n his Whatsapp member as exit liquidity in japaul. He said it's going to pullback to 3.2 only for him to buy at 4 n comes here to validate that the price is going to 12. ![]() Yeye tools.. Fools will get duped everyday. Loco na bad guy.. ![]() |

Oasisblue:Nothing fishy. If you have 720k units to offload and you don't want to crash the price, that's how you would place them on sale |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 11:50am On Feb 24 |
Oasisblue:I'm just being objective here. Let's all raise our voice against double standards.....and that's what I'm saying. Why has no one see what SKYAVN was doing up till now and issue warning? Skyway manipulated the share price all the way from N6 to 150+ but it was normal to them because they were in the bus.... Why have they been praising some stocks and the regulators also looking away, even till now...... MECURE as example... ...but because they couldn't see ZICHIS to buy, they suddenly remembered the rule just to place the stock on suspension? Why I'm not against the punitive measure, yet the regulators should also accept their blames and do what's right for the gander as well as the goose. * Besides, I don't have a single unit of ZICHIS... You see common investor wey see to buy? |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by awesomeJ(m): 11:50am On Feb 24 |
mikeapollo:The NGX isn't wrong in suspending them. But they're to be blamed for not reviewing their rules to accommodate present day realities. If they simply added a clause that no price movement would happen until free float requirements are met, it's a simple rule , easy to enforce and it would have prevented or at least limited this sort of situation. The more painful one is the AIRTEL situation. That stock alone would have added another N10trn to our market cap if not their archaic rule that's preventing trades on it. |

yMcy56:Contradictions galore at the bolded. Instead of blaming the intruder/thief for trespassing, we are blaming the policeman for dozing off momentarily and later waking up to arrest the thief!. Interesting! In other words, everyone/anyone can go ahead to do wrong or steal and hope that he/she would not be caught. When he/she is caught, you say it is because he/she did not settle the policeman!. .........then we complain when the international community describes all Nigerians as thieves and corrupt! |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 12:01pm On Feb 24 |
pluto09:God bless you! That is the bottom line. The NGX may not be perfect, but you and I are ones to lose if we don't discourage what happened. The NGX itself and other companies that did similar thing should also be called out |

yMcy56:Honestly I jumped in on full scale yesterday morning as usual without checking back after I got busy in the office and ended up buying at #4.40 which diluted my 40% profit for the one I bought last Monday to just 19%. It is well sha, we keep watching highest Japaul will do is to hold my money for some months. It will still rise above 5-10km when it fully evolves from stone to gold. Lol! See me trusting Jegede like he is my father. But you never told us when you left ELLAH accidented bus? |
