yok:Market closed fairly better than our forecast at -0.06%, but tomorrow's performance will tell us if the seeming stability portrayed today will stay. But from a physical observation of the premier index, things are still shacky. However, tomorrow's forecast/comment will give us what we can hold on to. |

GeeKudi:I don't know when Nigerians were unanimous that removal of fuel subsidy and floating the naira exchange rate would rescue [b] the economy. Where did you or the govt conduct the opinion polls, census or referendum to arrive at such unanimity? I don't fall for cheap govt lies and silly propaganda! The people in govt today criticized previous govts when they attempted to remove fuel subsidy and the naira exchange rate weakened against major currencies. True or false? Why do you guys now expect praises for this govt for the same things they criticized previous govts for? Simple question.! It is just strange. Can't you take what you gave? They have to acknowledge that they were wrong in criticizing previous govts first, before people would stop criticizing them for the same actions or policies. |

HesInMe:I thought you had a solid understanding of financials. Take a look at their financial statements and see for yourself that they have the resources to execute, if they stay focused. Don’t just focus on the cash they’re burning. Also examine the assets and resources they have available. As I’ve said before, and consistently maintained, if they are genuinely working toward a win, they absolutely have the capacity to achieve it with what they currently possess. Burning cash with limited revenue isn’t necessarily a bad sign for a growth company, provided there is a clear and credible plan. Many successful growth companies have gone through far worse before stabilizing. I can name a few examples if you’d like. |

No vex. I'm not as smart as you. So you're assuming they give up on the ARPN acquisition and just grow organically? ositadima1: |

ositadima1:You seem to read someone else's interpretation. "Electrocution" was written not "Execution," #Check_again. Those who may have bought at #13 and forced to sell at #9 n 10 are already being electrocuted.. Only the willfully strong who bought at 13/15 who don't mind time-value of money or alternative good stocks at present can keep the faith until it shoots again to #20+...whenever it will. |

Bizibi:All the tier 1 insurance companies are good but some of them already have bloated shares outstanding which I hate. I like to play the low capitalized ones with improvements in balance sheets, less than 30% free floats. Only Royalex fits wetin I want in insurance for now until I review again. If they recapitalize without seeking to raise funds as I am guessing,it will be my best investment in the next 12 months. Every mallam to his kettle |

handsomebolanle:Someone said Ellah has a new strategic investor/partner, that's why they rejected the PO funds. Gaining 3.8% today, in spite of the PO saga, may be indicative of some resilience or news or development in the offing. |

Tbh, Japaul has always been like this, always crumbling at circa 3. I had only hoped that they (the whales ) were going to let it run its course this time going by that corporate action.SonofElElyonRet: |

Stockpromoter:Loco, all these your lengthy talks on JAPAUL though. Thought you're no longer in JAPAUL but in insurance... Haven't seen your update on Royalex since JAPAUL newsletter and rally started. You're talking like Mr. Manchos now just because JAPAUL commenced rally when the market is waiting for results and some stocks were slammed with warnings, thereby spreading panic sales. * How much is GTBs OS and free float when it overcame all your so called whales all the way from 18 to be trading @120? * All your shouting about ROYALEX, where are we now? JAPAUL has 14B OS with over 9B domiciled with strategic long term investors and institutional investors mostly. When JAPAUL is ready, no one can stop them, when the share price is out of you guys manipulative reach, we'll see how it goes...... JAPAUL is forging ahead either you like it or not, it's just a matter of time. |

Some people seem to hype, promote any stocks they have and then try to write-off or de-market other stocks. I don't understand |

pluto09:How Will Royal Exchange Recapitalise Before the 31st July Deadline Without Raising Funds? First, recapitalisation does not automatically mean a public offer. Royal Exchange Plc already has a growing capital base (shareholders’ funds around ₦7.21bn in FY 2025, up about 15% YoY). That means the company is not starting from zero. Before July 31, recapitalisation can be achieved through: 1️⃣ Profit Retention (No Dividend Payout) All FY profits are retained, directly increasing shareholders’ funds and solvency margin. 2️⃣ Asset Revaluation Insurance firms hold properties and investment assets. Revaluation surplus legally strengthens equity without raising fresh cash. 3️⃣ Capital Restructuring Bonus issue, share premium adjustments, or internal capital reclassification can improve paid-up capital position without new external money. 4️⃣ Regulatory Recognition of Existing Capital Buffers If current capital already meets or is close to regulatory threshold, only internal adjustments may be required — not fundraising. Bottom Line: If retained earnings + revaluation surplus + existing reserves push them above the required minimum before July 31, there is no need for a public offer. Recapitalisation is about meeting regulatory capital — not about raising funds for expansion. Unless the regulator sets a much higher threshold than their current trajectory, dilution is not automatic. That’s the fact. Even if they raise funds,it cant lead to excess dilution like others are doing currently just to meet recapitalization.I like their pattern of raising funds but I doubt if they will add extra units to the 8.2B units they already have. |

yMcy56:Go through my posts you will know I am trying to draw out the mgt by pointing to loopholes in Japaul. This was how we did it in Ellah lakes few months ago before chuka started the trajectory journey. He has changed but needs professionals with farming experience around him now.He will later succeed. For Japaul,Watch out, Japaul mgt will soon re-act by dropping another press release and will also work on their free floats in addition. That wing is leaking and goals are being scored through that wing..... ![]() For now,the whales are in control and may like to go very low before another news will surface. Mercy, calm down, las las I will make sure other Nsempa members will join in the next rally. Loco have current TA of Japaul at hand. When I sight a physiological support and strong support I will drop it here for all to benefit. Just load cash while the whales holds the Cutlass |
