Beware of individuals who use public forums like NSEMPA and others to aggressively market or de-market specific stocks. These persons often follow a calculated three step blueprint and a well orchestrated approach: The Hype & Trap They accumulate a position and then hype the stock to NSEMPA followers and other forums, by providing a specific and usually inflated exit target, they entice retail investors and newbies to buy in. However, they exit their positions well before the given target price is reached, leaving retail buyers and newbies holding the bags and sacks as the price falls. The Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt Once they have exited, they may trigger a sell-off by claiming a big blue fish is dumping or manipulating the stock. This manufactured panic drives the price down, allowing them to re-accumulate shares at a discount and prepare for the next cycle. The Pivot If a stock they are hyping fails to move in the desired direction, they will quickly abandon it and move on to a sure thing by manipulating and creating fear to draw the price to their entry point. Then the cycle continues. They often liquidate their gains to invest in stable assets. while their followers remain trapped in losing positions. The Bottom Line, always perform your own due diligence to avoid becoming someone else’s exit strategy. |

Japaul is pivoting from Pilot to Industrial Scale in 2026. Don't let the big blue fishes use you for their entry and exit instruments, some of the big blue fishes are waiting and trying to push the stock aggressively to their next entry point. Contrary to the above; David Dawson, a highly skilled geophysicist with 40+ years of global experience, is officially steering Japaul into the big leagues of mining. With records featuring leadership at Insight Geophysics and Quantec Consulting, Dawson isn't just managing the project he’s building a massive technical shift. The transition from plan to production is happening now. Dawson is currently leading a specialized team at the Libeli Mine site, Niger State, hitting milestones that demand attention. Other sites include: Osun State in Eti-Oni, Ilesha and Taraba in Taruga District. A processing plant is currently undergoing critical test runs. This facility is engineered to produce approximately 20,000 grams of gold every month. This isn't just a one-off; it’s the blueprint. Under Dawson’s technical lifecycle oversight, Japaul is sprinting toward full commercial production before the end of 2026. We are watching a company transform its entire DNA in real time. "DYOR". |

vibesdot001:You have to be careful believing everything corporate managers are telling you, if not you will learn the hard way. It is advisable to do your personal research about the company and not just rely on what you read in the social media especially when we consider the antecedents of the company |

What the promoters and Whales are not telling people about JAPAUL GOLD. Yes, gold mining is highly capital intensive, especially at the large-scale, industrial level. The industry requires massive upfront investments and ongoing capital spending due to several key factors: Exploration and development phases take many years (typically 10–20 years from discovery to full production), involving extensive drilling, feasibility studies, permitting, and infrastructure setup before any revenue is generated. Building a mine demands huge expenditures on equipment, processing plants, roads, power supply, shafts/tunnels (for underground mines), heap leach pads (for open-pit), and environmental compliance measures. Capital costs for new or mid-sized gold mines often range from hundreds of millions to over $1 billion (e.g., mid-size projects frequently need $500 million–$1+ billion in initial capital expenditure, or CAPEX). Sustaining operations also requires continuous heavy investment in equipment replacement, waste management, exploration to replace depleted reserves, and meeting stricter environmental/regulatory standards. Industry sources like the World Gold Council consistently describe large-scale gold mining as "complex and extremely capital-intensive." Other analyses (from mining reports, economic studies, and major producers) highlight that mining overall—and gold mining in particular—is one of the most capital-heavy sectors, with high fixed costs, long payback periods, and vulnerability to cost overruns or delays. Small-scale or artisanal gold mining (e.g., basic placer operations) can require far less capital (sometimes starting in the tens or hundreds of thousands), but formal/commercial gold mining—the kind that dominates global production—is unequivocally capital intensive. This high capital barrier is one reason why the sector sees consolidation among big players, reliance on debt/equity financing, and why new mine supply has struggled to grow despite high gold prices in recent years. |

Maybe there is anyone in Niger State who could help confirm what is on ground at this Libeli Mine site? If we can't trust/believe info released through corporate actions by company on regulators' platforms, are we not in trouble like this? emmanuelewumi: |
