Itzlinda:Recession will happen but not in sight in the next 4 years if this government continues in the direction of reform they are currently on. that 4 years even depends on how far we are in our diversification drives n resetting of the economy through reforms. If we able to decouple fully from oil then no shaking till we outgrow those gains n new ways are required. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by crownprince2017: 2:17pm On Feb 27 |
We are recovering economy, doing alot right. No recession In sight, at least specific one, except a global recession. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 2:21pm On Feb 27 |
crownprince2017:How can this govt's reforms stop a global recession?. Let's stop hyping the so called ''reforms'' because nothing special or fundamental is happening. What are you exporting now that can make you decouple fully from crude oil in the next 5 years? True diversification and economic reset is not based on political gimmicks and propaganda? |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by crownprince2017: 2:28pm On Feb 27 |
mikeapollo:So u see global recession in the near term? If Nigeria does not depends on oil in the next 4 years n no war or pandemic, tell me how we can be hit with global recession. The three factors are not even close to positive zone. All these noise of recession is just over thinking. We are use too low to moderate results is the causes of this needless over thinking about ASI. Check other markets performance even some in africa here.. The last time I checked based on last year gain, Nigeria is not no 1 in africa. So? |

Thanks for this advice. This will be explored. It's really frustrating dealing with Morgan Capital with these missing stocks. I even heard their COO pulled out not long ago. Also, please does anyone have information on whom to contact directly in Morgan Capital? Appreciate . sterlingD: |

As an investor, over thinking leads to distruction, buffet, one of the best investors said he doesn't bother himself about macro economics because he doesn't have control over it. He has seen the worst case economic meltdown but stay invested, what is the results today. But thise that over think then where are they. Morgan called them noise makers. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 2:47pm On Feb 27 |
crownprince2017:Refer to what you typed earlier: 'Recession will happen but not in sight in the next 4 years if this government continues in the direction of reform they are currently on'' Your comment above is saying that govt reforms is the panacea that would avoid a recession, because that is the conditionality in your statement. If Nigeria does not depends on oil in the next 4 years n no war or pandemic, tell me how we can be hit with global recession'' Nigeria will surely depend on oil in the next 4 years because there are no credible substitutes due to weak industrial/manufacturing/export base And get this: global recession is not caused by only war or pandemic. There was neither war nor pandemic in 2007-2009 when we had the global recession.. I hope you are aware and do remember |

I think it is now safe to declare Morgan as a Company of Particular Concern (CPC) following the growing list of complains recently. Things we use use to take for granted with them before is now seeming like rocket science to them. If I understand you, you are saying they may have sold some of your stocks without your authorization. Hajicairo: |

ojesymsym:I hope this part is not true. I placed a withdrawal from thr app this morning. This was not suppose to be so because I am waiting for pull back to reinvest but I don't like what I have been reading here.So let me have the cash in my own account. They have sent me a notification concerning my request. Let me isee f the money will be delayed before it hit my account. If it happens then when to move portfolio is close |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 3:05pm On Feb 27 |
crownprince2017:Please do not mix the issues. The revenue from export of crude oil goes directly to FG. Most of the revenue from non-oil exports goes to private businesses that did the export e.g. export of ginger, manufactured goods etc. FG share of such revenue are not significant enough for the govt to fund the budget and other developmental needs. |
