leo1234:You asked a very good question. But, from all indication Loco ( the insurance guru) believe it will be better you take position in the market leaders and those favoured by volume on daily trades ( when there is volume in trading, something is cooking). |

Concerning Union Dicon Salt Plc, what does NGX and SEC Rules say about a majority shareholder of a listed company, who can no longer be reached, and who may have died, or may have been lost forever? We do not anticipate things, until they happen. Lack of proactiveness. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Stockpromoter(m): 6:47am On Mar 05 |
jonnysessy:You are right. Royalex volume not yet confirmed. Royalex is in stealth accumulations When it does volume of 12-18m in 3 sessions, volume is confirmed. Royalex will be confirmed when the index is breaking out(1,400) For the guy that asked the question,if he is a trader,he should trade on the stocks I recommended for him. If he is a patient trader,he can play Royalex that is in quiet/stealth accumulation phase. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Stockpromoter(m): 6:54am On Mar 05 |
leo1234:Read this and know the reason Royalex wasn't mentioned. Until 10-18m volumes are confirmed in 3 sessions.See the level it is currently playing now 👇 Stealth accumulation means big investors (smart money) are quietly buying a stock without pushing the price up too fast. 📊 They do this so they can build a large position cheaply before the wider market notices. How Stealth Accumulation Looks in the Market 1️⃣ Gradual volume increase Volume starts rising slowly but not explosively. 2️⃣ Price moves slowly or sideways The price may stay within a narrow range while buying is happening. 3️⃣ Support holds strongly Whenever the price dips, buyers quietly absorb the shares. 4️⃣ No big price spikes yet The stock does not rally strongly until enough shares have been accumulated. Example Using the Loco Volume Framework (Royalex) Volume behaviour: 4M – 6M shares → Quiet accumulation 6M – 8M shares → Stealth accumulation 8M – 12M shares → Clear accumulation 12M+ shares → Institutional positioning So when Royal Exchange trades around 6M–8M consistently, it suggests smart money may be accumulating without attracting attention. Why Investors Use Stealth Accumulation Large investors cannot buy millions of shares at once because it would push the price up quickly. Instead they: • Buy gradually • Absorb selling pressure • Keep price stable • Build position quietly After accumulation finishes, the stock often breaks out strongly. Simple Way to Remember Stealth accumulation = Quiet buying before the rally. |

Loco Insurance Radar (LIR) – Pre-Market Summary Date: March 5, 2026 NGX Insurance Index Last Close: 1,364.84 Market Structure (Loco Framework) 1,400+ → Breakout level (sector rally trigger) 1,350 – 1,380 → Pre-breakout corridor 1,300 – 1,350 → Accumulation zone Below 1,300 → Bullish thesis invalidation Current Structure Status The Insurance Index remains inside the 1,350–1,380 corridor. This zone typically represents institutional positioning before a breakout attempt. Sector Bias for Today Bullish but still in preparation phase. Key Things Traders Should Watch Today 1️⃣ Index behaviour near 1,380 resistance A push toward this level signals growing buying pressure. 2️⃣ Sector volume participation Healthy participation should remain above 150M shares across insurance stocks. 3️⃣ Tier-1 leadership confirmation Watch for leadership from: Custodian Investment Plc NEM Insurance Plc AXA Mansard Insurance Plc 4️⃣ Liquidity leaders Stocks showing strong volume often signal early sector moves: Veritas Kapital Assurance Universal Insurance Sovereign Trust Insurance Linkage Assurance Mutual Benefits Assurance 5️⃣ Breadth check More gainers than losers across insurance stocks confirms sector momentum. Key Levels for Today Resistance: 1,380 Breakout Trigger: 1,400 Support: 1,350 Major Support: 1,300 Loco Tactical View The insurance sector remains in accumulation ahead of the recapitalization window. If buying pressure pushes the NGX Insurance Index above 1,380 with strong sector volume, the market could attempt a breakout toward 1,400. A sustained break above 1,400 would activate the next phase of the insurance sector rally. |

eziokwunwoko:VeritasKap Strengths 1. Has a new CEO/MD, a no-nonsense career chief who understands the sector 2. The 2025 statement is looking good with a lot more prudent management and an increase in the investment portfolio. The negative earnings have turned green 3. Earnings 2025 EPS is 0.93 but I consider it even more remarkable coming from a negative 0.57. In other words a move of 0.57 +0.93 =1.50. Compared well to that of Mutual Benefit Assurance 4. Q4 earnings stand alone is 0.42 profit at Q4 was 2,925,972,000 compared to the 2025 UF year of 6,459,407,000 a remarkable surge when compared 5. Common sense strategy is based on an average PE range of 4 and 5 and when the multiples are far outstretched, on the sector’s average PE multiple or the company's PE multiple whichever is lower. Earnings must however be organic or with a high probability of repeat occurrence 6. Veritaskap’s calculations were based on the Q4 earnings and the strength of the new management against the background of Insurance sector reforms. You may wish to refer to some of my past posts for deeper insight. Let's see what the Q1 2026 results would come up as: then we can recalculate and restrategize. I own VeritasKap. But kindly do your research before you jump in. |

Prepare for insurance bull. If custodian insurance settles at N76 today,it is a big sign of insurance bull. Once Loco insurance index hits 1,400,it will be a breakout phase. Which insurance stocks are you holding now? |

Royal Exchange Plc (Royalex) – What to Watch Today 👀 A 10% move is possible today, but only if certain market conditions align. Traders should watch the following closely: 1️⃣ Opening Strength Royalex must open at or above yesterday’s close (₦1.90) and hold early bids without heavy sell pressure. 2️⃣ Volume Expansion Early session volume should quickly cross 3M–5M shares within the first trading hour. Sustained activity above 8M–12M shares during the day would confirm strong participation. 3️⃣ Bid Dominance in the Order Book Buy orders must remain consistently stronger than sell orders, showing accumulation rather than distribution. 4️⃣ Sector Support The NGX Insurance Index must remain above the 1,350 level and ideally move toward 1,380 resistance. Sector strength often drives Royalex momentum. 5️⃣ Momentum Break Price must break above the ₦2.00 psychological level with volume. A clean break here could attract momentum traders and push the stock toward the daily limit move (~10%). ⚠️ If these conditions do not align, expect normal consolidation rather than a strong rally. #RoyalExchange #NGX #InsuranceSector #LocoFramework |

AIICO Insurance Plc – What to Watch Today AIICO can also move strongly today if a few conditions align. 1️⃣ Price Stability Above Support AIICO must hold above ₦4.30–₦4.40 support zone without heavy selling pressure. 2️⃣ Strong Volume Participation Volume should quickly expand toward 15M–25M shares or more, showing strong interest. AIICO historically trades high volume and can average over 20M shares per session during active periods. 3️⃣ Sector Strength The NGX Insurance Index must remain above 1,350 and preferably push toward 1,380 resistance. 4️⃣ Break of Intraday Resistance A clean break above ₦4.50–₦4.60 with volume can attract momentum buyers. 5️⃣ Order Book Support Buy orders should dominate the bid side, confirming accumulation rather than distribution. If these conditions align, AIICO could attract strong momentum trading today. |

Custodian is officially N76.80 Custodian Investment Plc – Market Update 📊 Custodian is now trading around ₦76.80, confirming strong leadership within the insurance sector. When a Tier-1 stock like Custodian pushes higher, it often signals institutional confidence in the sector. What Traders Should Expect / Watch 1️⃣ Continuation Momentum If price holds above ₦75–₦76 support, the bullish momentum remains intact. 2️⃣ Volume Confirmation Sustained strong volume above recent averages will confirm that institutional buyers are still active. 3️⃣ Psychological Resistance The next key area traders will watch is the ₦80 level, which acts as a major psychological resistance. 4️⃣ Sector Spillover When Custodian leads strongly, money often rotates into other insurance counters such as AIICO, Sovereign Trust, Linkage, and Royal Exchange. 5️⃣ Index Alignment As long as the NGX Insurance Index holds above 1,350 and pushes toward 1,380, sector momentum remains supportive. Trader Expectation Custodian’s strength today reinforces the bullish positioning within the insurance sector, especially as the market continues to price in the recapitalization theme. #NGX #InsuranceSector #Custodian #LocoFramework |
