jagadab:Congratulations. Anytime is fine (not December) - as long as you come with enough money too. What's your occupation? |

Smart3273:Yes, only tier 1 qualify. If your degree is not tier 1, then you need a PGDE. |

sdabo:Your best option is TRA (Engineers Australia assessment will be fast but nomination may never come) while Welder nomination is fast within a couple of weeks. The email you supplied, is it an official email address with domain name and not gmail? What you can do is in your application, put in a letter stating that the email on the website is not currently monitored and the company is not big on IT as it's a welding company. Don't do a new application but a review. |

I sent them email attaching letter from employer clarifying thesame but they insisted they cannot use the email I provided rather they will source contact details independently from public website or Internet |

Soleye24:Banker is not an occupation. You need to be specific about your role in the bank and the university you graduated from |

Candaceyanju:Visa option is not your first task. Your first step is to identify the occupation you want to nominate and if you are eligible for it. Which uni did you graduate from and which occupation do you want to nominate from the Skilled occupation list? |
| Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 2:21pm On Mar 09 |
Candaceyanju:The information in your screenshot is clear. EOI requires a positive skills assessment and at minimum Competent English score from any of the 9 English test options. |

| Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 2:35pm On Mar 14 |
Soleye24:I'm afraid that's not an occupation on the skilled occupation list. There is no occupation you can assess at the moment as a TSS. |

tunlex01:I have been working in RCC construction for 8 years. Do I stand a chance to qualify for Subclass 189? |
| Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 10:54am On Mar 22 |
Shofat4real:You do not qualify because EKSU is a tier 2 uni and a 4 year course from there will not be positively assessed by the Australian accounting bodies without an MSc in Accounting or ACCA. ICAN MAY also fly. Also, the occupation has limited chance. |
