3. Earnings 2025 EPS is 0.93 but I consider it even more remarkable coming from a negative 0.57. In other words a move of 0.57 +0.93 =1.50. Compared well to that of Mutual Benefit Assurance
4. Q4 earnings stand alone is 0.42 profit at Q4 was 2,925,972,000 compared to the 2025 UF year of 6,459,407,000 a remarkable surge when compared
5. Common sense strategy is based on an average PE range of 4 and 5 and when the multiples are far outstretched, on the sector’s average PE multiple or the company's PE multiple whichever is lower. Earnings must however be organic or with a high probability of repeat occurrence

By integrating this functionality, NGX could achieve several strategic benefits:

* Improved market efficiency: Real time or near real time settlement of equity transfers.

* Reduced transaction costs: Minimizing brokerage intermediation for simple transfers between investors.

* Enhanced liquidity: Easier movement of securities between market participants may stimulate trading activity.

* Greater investor participation: Retail investors may find the market more accessible and technologically aligned with modern digital asset exchanges.

* Transparency and security: A digital ledger system can provide an immutable record of ownership and transaction history.

To ensure market integrity, the system could still operate under NGX regulatory oversight, incorporating KYC/AML compliance, account verification, and transaction monitoring, while allowing investors greater flexibility in managing and transferring their equity holdings.

Overall, implementing a secure digital share transfer framework could modernize the NGX ecosystem and align it with emerging global trends in financial market infrastructure.

CBN should respond to Access very soon, probably this March because the banks are ordinarily required to publish their accounts by March 31 or early April unless where there is a request or permission by CBN for an extension.
