If OANDO close full bid today then I assume Wale means business this time around...

We might then see wonders from the MM 😜

What are your thoughts about DEAPCAP?

The stock seem to be stagnant?

Any recommendations yet

i dont think it is in his interest that the price should stray too far from 50 until the RI is concluded and bedded.

Only thereafter will/could the price then take of to then anchor debt to equity agreed price. so una still get longggggg way to go.

Not Wale, not Market Makers.
Why not market maker(s) or competent "manipulators" price-pump DAARCOMM and other laggards for us?

With regards to Oando and oil and gas upstream, put your eyes on global events.

(sorry, mdfd)
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megawealth01: 12:06pm On Mar 10

Well, Brent is on the way back from the moon, though still in outer space.
But the crisis is still very much on, and likely to escalate greatly in the coming days.

The Strait of Hormuz is closed by Iran who, emboldened by the spiritual strength from having just cloned back a Kharmenei onto the seat of Supreme Leader, are telling America to bring it on over the Strait.
Trump on his own part is telling Iran that if they don't let off over the Strait, they will begin to see the real war, implying that what they had been seeing was play.

Richard Quest of CNN said this morning that the only reason oil price had not reached maars by now is because there was global oil glut before the crisis started.

I'm watching all this closely because of my Oando JIJO.

War is bad, but I didn't cause it, and cannot settle it. grin

If Iran attacks any ship in the Strait, then they would give US more excuse to strike them and also lose sympathy of the global community

LOCO MARKET CONTROL DESK – INSURANCE SECTOR UPDATE
NGX Insurance Index Close – March 10, 2026

3-Line Market Insight
• NGX Insurance Index stabilized after yesterday’s heavy selloff, closing 1,294.29 (+0.04%) but still below the critical 1,300 structure level.
• Market activity showed mixed recovery signals with some strong gainers (NEM, SUNU, Regal, Guinea) but heavy weakness in Mutual Benefits, Fortis Global, Sovereign Trust and Custodian.
• Sector is currently in a liquidity sweep phase around the 1,300 zone, where smart money usually accumulates before a rebound attempt.

NGX INSURANCE INDEX STRUCTURE

Open: 1,293.71
High: 1,317.92
Low: 1,288.80
Close: 1,294.29
Change: +0.58 (+0.04%)

Structure Interpretation
• Index attempted recovery but failed to reclaim 1,300 decisively.
• Market remains in Accumulation / Liquidity Sweep Zone.

Key Levels
Support: 1,280 – 1,290
Major Support: 1,300 (must reclaim)
Resistance: 1,320
Pre-Breakout Corridor: 1,350 – 1,380
Breakout Level: 1,400

Bullish Thesis Invalidation:
If index sustains below 1,300 for multiple sessions, recap rally may delay.

MARKET ENERGY METER

Energy Level: 5.5 / 10

Reason:
• Buyers stepped in after yesterday's panic
• But sector leadership still weak

RISK LEVEL INDICATOR

Risk Level: Medium – High

Reason:
• Index below structure support
• Mixed breadth
• Recap speculation still active

MOMENTUM SURGE ALERT

Strong upside momentum today appeared in:

• NEM Insurance +9.11%
• SUNU Assurance +9.95%
• Regal Insurance +3.48%
• Guinea Insurance +3.82%

These stocks are early rotation signals.

1️⃣ Mutual Benefits -10.00%
2️⃣ Fortis Global -9.59%
3️⃣ Sovereign Trust -8.00%

TIER-1 LEADERSHIP CONFIRMATION

Custodian → Weak (-3.54%)
NEM → Strong (+9.11%)
AXA Mansard → Positive (+0.94%)

Interpretation:
• NEM carried leadership today
• Custodian weakness is holding the index down

INSURANCE TRADING PICKS
(Recap Cycle Momentum)

Primary Trading Stocks
• NEM Insurance
• SUNU Assurance
• Veritas Kapital

Momentum Watch
• AIICO Insurance
• LASACO Assurance
• WAPIC Insurance

SPECULATIVE RECAPITALIZATION PLAYS

High-risk recap rotation stocks:

• Regal Insurance
• Guinea Insurance
• Universal Insurance
• Prestige Assurance

These usually move after liquidity stabilizes in the sector.

ROYAL EXCHANGE TACTICAL WATCH

Royal Exchange Close: 1.82 (-1.62%)

Observations:
• Price consolidating between 1.80 – 1.90
• Volume relatively light today
• Market waiting for recapitalization positioning flows

Key Levels:

Support: 1.80
Resistance: 2.00

If volume expansion above 15m–20m shares appears, Royalex may enter its next speculative wave.

TOMORROW'S MONEY FOCUS

For the index to recover above 1,300, the following must lead:

• Custodian Investment
• NEM Insurance
• AXA Mansard

Then capital should rotate to:

AIICO
LASACO
Veritas
WAPIC

Finally speculation will enter:

Sovereign Trust
Fortis Global
Royal Exchange

NEXT-DAY TRADING LEVELS

Index Reclaim Trigger: 1,300
Momentum Trigger: 1,320
Recovery Zone: 1,350 – 1,380

Downside Risk Level: 1,280

LOCO’S TACTICAL CONCLUSION

The market is currently in a classic recapitalization liquidity sweep phase.

The brief breakdown below 1,300 likely flushed weak hands before accumulation begins.

If the index reclaims 1,300 with rising sector volume in the next 1–3 sessions, it will confirm:

False Breakdown → Institutional Accumulation → Move toward 1,350 corridor.

Traders should focus on NEM, SUNU, Veritas, AIICO and LASACO as the next rotation leaders while watching Custodian for index recovery confirmation.
