Byankee:This will be a welcome development. If they do this, they will surely play catch-up with GTCO. I am beginning to have a rethink on my Fidelity bank, Access bank and UBA. They have been trading side ways for sometime now. ![]() |

Byankee:I will celebrate if i see N6.00 final dividend from Zenith bank. After all, they paid N4.00 final dividend last year ![]() Especially now that they have a larger outstanding shares due to recapitalization. I am currently trying to build my portfolio with 25% banking stocks and 75% others. My portfolio is presently having about 65% banks and 35% others. |

emmanuelewumi:It took me time to sell my accesss. I got convinced after you sold 😁. I sold afterwards. I Dey follow you- from my starting days. I do take personal risk at times though. Holding only 2 banks. Zenith and UBA. I will dive in if I sight any retracement in zenith. A goal to have 1m unit of zenith. |

ppogba:We will come back to this message in two weeks or thereabout. I remembered Jim Ovia promising a quantum leap in dividend in FY2025, they have already cleaned their book by half year 2025 and they will do over 1TRN in PAT by FY2025, pure profit, not any revaluation gain. If they do 40% payout, do the maths |

Raider76:I am not totally out of the banking sector. I hold a little below 3% and it's only ZENITH. I will not hold more than 5%. When I see a good bargain, I will rebalance to meet my 5% maximum. My biggest exposure are the Agric, industrial and consumer goods. They have delivered and the prospects looking at the macro economy is still looking good going forward. I started selling off Access from November 2025 and the initial proceed went into Berger paint and did over 100% to date. Some went to Zenith at N60 while the final sales went to Vitafoam. Access has to trade around N45 and assets I used the sales to acquire, remain where they currently are before I can regret selling it. Access that defies general bull. Pension funds hit the NGX and I no see how access was touched. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by aj8(m): 4:33pm On Mar 14 |
emmanuelewumi:I don't think so. Access Bank has the best asset quality with an NPL Ratio of 2.76%, NPL Coverage Ratio of 100%, and a CAR of 20%. All the current loans are captured within the coverage ratio. I would rather worry about ETI, UBA, Stanbic, Fidelity, and FCMB. |

handsomebolanle:Access bank share holders always teach the whales who is the boss. They always have trailer loads of units to dump. The more the whales swallow, the more they pour them out. |
