Secondly, men need to be well groomed. Don't smell or look funny around me. Not necessarily expensive perfume or wears, No. Just be neat, have fresh breath, and be presentable, lobatan!

Then this one may seem unnecessary to many but it matters to me. At times, I think I'm being unreasonable but I find myself always coming back. You must speak good English. I don't know, I just can't deal.

Money is good but it's not the highest ranking. Any of us can make more. But I cherish transparency. As I good reach, plenty weyrey also dey down. You have to be as readable as a book.
