I am worried about them too. Something is amiss there. The quality of service has fallen off. It is too significant for one not to notice. From time lag during trade sessions to unusually delayed payouts and sell funds not being instantly available for repurchase. I wondering what could be responsible for this? Loss of quality staffs? Low fees? newreality: |

emmasoft:The beauty of an alternative to real estate (physical property) - REIT SFSREIT is to distribute 28.3 to unitholders for the year ended 2025. Imagine an investor who bought early in 2023, around 110/unit If he bought 1,000,000 units, then at the cost of 110,000,000 2023 year end - 14,500,000 @ distribution per unit of 14.5 2024 year end - 21,500,000 @ distribution per unit of 21.5 2025 year end - 28,300,000 @ distribution per unit of 28.3 In 3 years, the investor will have 64,300,000. Currently, the price of SFSREIT is 418.75 That gives 418,750,000 if he sells today, so in 3 years, with the dividends added, he realizes 483,050,000 Let's assume he uses 4,050,000 as the cost of transactions, which gives a net of 479,000,000 All of this happened without the investor buying a piece of land or building any house. May not have even stepped out of the house. Be in touch if you wish to come on board. |

newreality:Sometimes the Stock is not visible on the first page of your portfolio but on the second page because they are arranged alphabetical. So make sure to check properly by clicking next page at the bottom right corner of the first page. I once had same issue. Sent a complaint but didn’t get any response but later discovered the solution myself. I hope this helps. |

Hmm... The founder is dead? I didn't know that. Did he die recently? That's sad though. But one will believe they ought to have a system in place to sustain the business beyond him. Financial institutions tend to have a better structure & succession planning. Not only capital raise, I hope SEC/NGX should be strong on QoS & customer experience too. zendi: |

Agbalowomeri:Yes that's the common use. But can't it equally mean no more running the biz? I also said 'perhaps', bicos I wasn't sure of anything. ![]() |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by presiade(m): 10:22am On Mar 27 |
The original founder (Adu) actually passed on (died) some years back—I think 2014/15. zendi:Edited: Ayoleke Adu was not the founder but the MD/CEO who was the brain behind their online trading platform (itrade). He died in August 2016. |

A guide to managing volatility through patience and precision 'IMO' A. The Downside: Buying the Drop When the market corrects, use these tiers to accumulate assets at a discount: 1.) 5% Drop: Maintain position; Hold. 2.) 15% Drop: Deploy capital; Buy 10%. 3.) 25% Drop: Aggressive accumulation; Buy 25%. B. The Upside: Taking Profits As the price climbs, secure your gains systematically while letting the rest run: 4.) 5% – 15% Rise: Trend is positive; Continue Holding. 5.) 25% Rise: Initial profit taking; Sell 10%. 6.) 35% Rise: Incremental exit; Sell 20%. 7.) 45% Rise: Protecting gains; Sell 30%. 8.) 60% Rise: Major distribution; Sell 40%. 9.) 100% Rise: Target reached; Exit position The Golden Rule: Discipline + Patience = Stable Long term Growth. Don't empty the tank always leave some Afolabi shares to capture unexpected further upside. Not Financial Advice, Educational Purpose Only! |
