Factors to Consider before Investing in any Investment Window 1. Investment Objective What is your goal? i.e., the purpose of investing. (wealth creation, income generation, capital preservation) Short-term vs long-term goals, example: Saving for a house vs retirement etc. 2. Risk Tolerance. Your ability and willingness to handle losses. A low-risk tolerance investor doesn't have business with high risk investment like equities, crypto, etc. Though confidence can be built over time as an investor who started early enough. 3. Age: This is very important in relation to duration, risk, and timelines. Professionally, it's advised that the older an investor, the less risky investment windows to be invested in. 4. Knowledge. Knowledge and Understanding of the investment window is very important. Never invest in what you don’t understand. Always do your due diligence or seek professional advice. Don't just follow the hype. Invest with understanding. If it's only returns that form your basis of investment, you may soon lose what you think you have gained. 5. Liquidity and the amount available for investment. How easy it is to convert the investment into cash is a factor to consider. The type of investment product will also be determined by the capital you have to invest. Imagine an investor with tens of thousands, even if he/she wish to invest in real estate, that may not be possible, MMF will be a better alternative. 6. Economic trends, interest rates, government policies, inflation, etc. The list is not exhaustive; there are other factors to be considered, which depend on the individual investors. In summary, a wise investor carefully balances risk, return, time, and personal goals before choosing any investment window. The best investment is not the one with the highest return, but the one that aligns with your financial situation and long-term objectives. Remember, don't just make money, make it without tears! |

nosa2:Markets have been going up in recent years. I think the NGX has seen about 6 straight years of bull. A bull market will always make participants complacent and everyone will be an expert and a guru. |

Markets start the week in Neutral territory (FGI: 51); sentiment is balanced, with neither fear nor greed dominating. Early-week positioning looks cautious but stable. Let’s see which side takes control Track updates & deeper insights on our website. https://www.naijaticker.com/

abuhusna1:This isn't the best solution moving forward. It will result to abuse by brokers to double brokerage incomes if clients don't report to authorities. If the amount involved is huge and is a large portion of his entire life savings accumulated for decades, he/she must find a way to pay for fault that's not due to him/her? ![]() |

leo1234:Wigwe made more than $US 4 million from ACCESSCORP dividends annually. Do you even know the power of 4 million dollars? He could have acquired those London properties mostly from the proceeds of his annual dividends. |

EDUECO:Assets in billions of dollars you dey talk $4m. Multiply $4m by the number of years ACCESS has been in existence ![]() Una think say money easy to make like that Lol |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by EDUECO(m): 11:16am On Mar 30 |
Agbalowomeri:He has other income streams. Or probably from cost of doing business(even company like Dangote Cement inflates cost of doing business). Inflating cost of doing business is done by most profit and loss making companies annually. |

EDUECO:Eskis Sir, you are too much than this. Though we all are entitled to our opinions, but in all honesty, Some of them are laughable. This is one of them. Justifying the purchase of over 100 houses with a yearly dividend of $4m? Haba!. Oga, let us talk about FUGAZ results being awaited of Dangote Refinery listing abeg. No vex sir. |

EDUECO:4 million dollars is for building his Ikoyi palace and other toys, not for acquiring chunks of London with pound sterling. We have come to condemn corruption, not to condemn the dead. |

zendi:Wigwe's total annual income cannot be less than 40 million US Dollars; so he can afford those properties. Each of these London property cost between 400 hundred thousand to 3 million US Dollars. Maybe,he partly purchased these properties with bank loans and the properties will serve as collateral for the loans . |
