You have made a strong case for efficiency at Kwale. However, I don't think Phase II (additional 480MW) has been brought on stream. So we're likely dealing with just 480MW for now. However, the 60MW turbine belongs to Bayelsa State (Yenagoa Power Project). It will be powered with gas feed from the Oando gas manifold. @ the bolded, It doesn't belong to OandO robobo: |

At last Brent Oil headed down back to it's senses... It will be under $100 by morning. Unless Trump says something or Iran rockets one commercial vessel over the night. $100.58 |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by robobo: 10:28pm On Apr 01 |
KarlTom:Oga Karl. Your is the tenable reason for the talk. If na Bayelsa govt get am (60MW turbine) then it is tenable but for Oando being the owner when the full capacity of Kwale is yet to be fully exploited. It begs reasoning. |

I'm not working for Morgan capital or related to the company. I'm just a customer and Morgan is my second stock broker. Due to the noise and complain I read here on Monday this week I sold some shares and made a request yesterday during trading hours. After trading hours (2.40pm) I logged out of my trading platform and viewed my mailbox and saw a receipt of my payment voucher. I checked my bank account and nothing was there and did not panic raither I concluded that by the next day I ll complain to the customer cares. After about an hour I received my alerts and my requested fund dropped in my account. I write this because I have experience something similar with mmf. I think sometimes any company can have short coming BUT we should give them (Morgan) some time time and stop bad words. Sorry I no be long writer.. |

naturalflow:I am no advocate to no one. I am only expressing an opinion on what I think is realistically possible within a time frame of less than 18months. According to experts it takes an average of about 30-36months to build a power plant of 350-400mw, assuming power generation is the core and sole focus of the company. But we all know Oando is primarily an Oil producing company so their focus would most likely be first and foremost, to increase the production of oil from assets acquired from NAOC, Angola etc, then ramp up in other areas afterwards. So comparing it to another company iwhose core business is power generation is misplaced. And 18 months is not a realistic time line to jump from 350mw to 900mw! That is my point. And the figures are inaccurate. When we discuss issues we should try and do so from a broad perspective based on facts and be willing to listen to contrary opinions. We all want to make money from our investments in these companies |

Nice one, you might be one of the favoured ones. From Monday to yesterday, I've sold several of my stocks, up till this very moment, I have not received the payment in my bank neither has it reflected in my trading account, I sent them mail on the issue, they haven't replied me. Abi maybe because my money small that's why them do me like this, chaiiiiiiiiiii edwardaigb: |

There nothing like restrategizing here, they simply haven’t gotten the go-ahead nod from the CBN. They’ve long submitted their AFS containing their proposed dividend and bonus (if any) to the apex bank. Sunrisepebble: |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ghm: 8:28am On Apr 02 |
emmaodet:I would have said no but I suggest you ask them directly, they may have a way around it. Usually, the lender has to be in custody of the asset you are using for collateral so that they can place a lien on it, especially since they have similar products. |

GeneralDae:Yes, he addressed the nation on Iran. ![]() Crude oil is super-fickle in normal times, and hyper-fickle when it's wartime in the Middle East. When you say 'Crude', the price turns before you add 'Oil', to make it 'Crude Oil'. ![]() Brent now $107.65 |

He is just making statements to manipulate the market. The only way to restore normalcy to the energy market is for them (US and Istael) to get out of Iran and end the war. zendi: |

Sadly I doubt USofA will chicken out. They won't want to admit losing the war neither will they want to abandon Israel. I'm optimistic it'll end soon but the 'how' is still a mystery... GeeKudi: |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 9:46am On Apr 02 |
megawealth01:To me, the potential is second only to SEPLAT. If they can tidy up the accounts and are able to attract enough capital to clear the debts, Oando can easily clock N200 and even N500+ in few more years. The power plant itself can be ramped up to full capacity to create more value and money for investors |

KarlTom:How do you people access a fight. You went into a fight with someone. He has folded your eyes, removed your teeth, your nose is bleeding. All you did is throwing some light blow on his body. Are you expecting the person to kill him before you agree that they are not mate and that the fight has ended long ago |
