Thank God the public offer failed.

It would not have failed if insiders bought the public offer, rather they were looking for the next mugu

Anything short of regime change is considered a loss even among US leadership/analysts.
They are looking for a way to end the war and claim victory. And save face.
And anything Israel target in Iran to destroy, Iran will retaliate in the Gulf countries and the pressure will be on America so it will be foolish for the US to permit a Gaza-kind of attacks in Iran and it's not like the ammunition are cheap to replace
mikeapollo:
How has US ''lost'' the war?
The US is trying to avoid bombing and destroying everything in Iran, because it would affect the innocent civilians (who even protested against the Ayatollah regime), and also affect the global oil prices. If not for US restraint, Israel would have destroyed all the oil, power, water, and other economic infrastructure in Iran.
The problem that US has is Donald Trump himself, because he talks too much and is inconsistent and unstable. Some of the things he says are totally unnecessary and unpresidential, and that is what Iran is taking advantage of

If dividend then shares distribution should suffice.

But regime change is only a desirable, but not the primary target or focus of the war
The main focus is to destroy the missile and ballistic weapons.

Imagine.

At the end of the day figures don't lie. Hype will always go down

He sold to the uninformed and the uninitiated, who thought Ellah Lakes and Presco would be at par in 5 years time
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 2:29pm On Apr 02
And there was no disclosure on the sale since 31 December 2025.

What a Hype! For a moment, I neglected all evidence and bought the idea that they could pull it.

In most fields in life, High hopes and persistence might be great qualities to have but in investing, they are the paths to self-ruin.

Iran is not going to give up anything. Whatever Iran is doing is motivated by the ideology that they are doing it for 'god'. If you are going into a war with them. go all in and get the job done and not just some media propaganda. Recession is around the corner.
This ideology could be Iran biggest weapon, fighting with conviction, for a belief, respect and ready to keep marching on as long as it takes. On the other hand, Americans back at home are more concerned about the price of oil, inflation, election and other jargons like someone preparing for a festive feast.

The results and information has proven me right again. Everyone here remember me shouting insiders are selling directly and indirect. They had thr agents here promoting the scam alert. This was why thr was no RI to the fund raising. They formed cabal on my matter with one audio billionaire and one other barawo who attacked everyone on kpakus matter. He only came to say rubbish after they had met thr target and sold
They are back to promote another fraud called unity Bank after warehousing the junk

The way UBA shares is going down, it appears their final dividend is 1 naira
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by chimex38: 3:36pm On Apr 02
It's significant that only one new substantial investor
(Emmanuel Jakpa (13.89% )) came on board despite over 60% e sales from both the Directors and all the previous substantial hareholders.

It would have been fairer if the new substantial shareholder accumulated enough percentage from those dumpings.

Retail investors don collect.. cry lipsrsealed
