GeneralDae:
There is something I have observed about this Cardoso era which is strange to me.

In the past, naira and foreign exchange reserves improved with increase in crude oil prices (and logically so) but in Cardoso’s era, naira and FX reserves both struggle with increase in crude oil prices and world instability but starts improving again when the escalation is down.
nice observation

Why not learn to find it yourself?

Go to https://ngxgroup.com/exchange/data/corporate-disclosures/
In the Search box, type in the name of the company, in this case "Zenith"
Scroll down and look for the document named something like "Corporate Action" and click on it
The details of the dividend/bonus will be in the pdf document
Bookmark the link above so you can access it whenever you want.

The Ayatollah never made any charter or official statements toward Israel as a president. Hezbollah and Hamas are there to free their people and land.
Israel wont exist in the next 25 years.

This is a definite statement by the Supreme Leader in a 2015 speech about Israel published on his Twitter.

Can we please take this Trump- Iran discussions to another forum? this forum is for NGX abeg.
Hahaha, nawaa o, I'm among the derailers oo, when I have chance grin

But let me ask you something.

The people selling yams in the open market, do they talk only yams, yams, stocks, yams all day long, all week long, all month long ?

The answer is no, humans are not made that way.

When they're not busy with yams dealing, yam sellers do lift up their heads sometimes to talk of weather, church, politics, football, romance etc.

All work and no play........ grin
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by HesInMe: 3:49pm On Apr 08
That's why Nairaland has different threads. If you want to talk about blue film, there is a thread for it. Take it there. Not here.

Mbok.

People complain that we are derailing, yet you keep engaging me. I have no choice but to respond. Look at Trump’s posts, angry people say things that do not necessarily reflect official government policy. I’m sure you have said things once or twice in your life that you later regretted.

Trump is not an Islamic Jihadist and I am not a Jihad fighter...

The conflict between Iran and Israel is driven by religious, ideological, and theological frameworks from Iran's leadership.

It is a religious duty..

I write no more...

There are Iranian Jews in Iran with synagogues in Tehran; one of them was hit during the current war. Iran is also a multicultural society, with Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and Persian identity coexisting.

So how does this “jihad” idea work? Is it only directed at Israel?

Well, believe what you like, but to me it is clear that religion is often used to veil the real truth.

Let's move on from this circular arguments about international politics that continues to loop itself.

All things being equal, people will queue to buy Zenith Bank at 200+ this time next year, if not sooner.

Not a buy recommendation. Due diligence plz.

One stock that barely gets mentioned here: JBERGER, the construction giant. Up 95% since Jan and 135% in the last 6 months. And still trading at 15x trailing earnings with zero debt.

Low-margin like Chams, which trades at like 30x earnings, grin but JBERGER has high revenue and improving margins.

The thing i have learnt about rough maths is that they work best. All others only move you further into the analysis paralysis spectrum

ciao
in line with "rough maths". It SEEMS btw 4 - 4.25 dividend is being priced into UBA if we are to use the yield on GT and Zenith (btw 9.2% - 9.8%) as a proxy. Anything farther from this (positively or negatively) might be treated as a surprise by the market.

Going by same "rough maths" / yield expectation, it SEEMS btw 2.25-2.5 is being priced into Access. Anything farther from this (positively or negatively) might be treated as a surprise by the market.

Okay, maybe you were not following, I stated it here.
Okay so if this records are true?

An Emperor took land from a set of people, then banished them and gave the land to another set, yet when that set of people are now able to reclaim the land, you prefer to refer to it as stealing or land grabbing?

Why do they or anyone have to reckon with the oppressive emperor's decision? Abi since when has it become a crime to find strength to reclaim what you lost to oppression?

I have answered you: Hezbollah and Hamas exist because Israel created the conditions for them when it encroached. These two groups did not exist before, so they can say anything because they are at war. Trump said his own as well.
Why they exists is not the contention here. For you to think the leaders of Israel should condone their terrorist acts and bear loss of lives to their citizenry is what we won't agree with you on.

Who cares why boko haram or iswap exists, if we had a leader like netanyahu that would degrade them and preserve the lives of innocent Nigerians why would you object?

The people who were there before the Israelites can mention their names and come forward to retrieve their land.
You can also help us to call their name so that we can search for them and tell them to go back to their land. Simple. Please do.
Exactly 💯💯💯💯

You guys just amuse me. You think if we excavate Onitsha back 3,000 years, you think its people that look and talk like the current occupants that used to live there? How do you think Onitsha people will feel if some people arrived claiming their ancestors once lived in Onitsha millenials back and hence they have the right to the land?
If indeed the archaeological facts supports their claims, and they can win the fight, good for them.

It would be a different story if the excavation instead shows that the old occupants were indeed onitsha people and not the invaders, then theur plight would not be founded.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by awesomeJ(m): 5:12pm On Apr 08
ositadima1:
Let’s summarize the points so far:

a. Israel claims that the land is theirs because Israelites once lived there.
b. The problem is that, for some reason, they migrated, and Palestinians expanded across the region. Keep in mind that Palestinians also lived there while Israelites were present.
c. With support from Western allies, they took those lands by force.
d. This logic is challenged when you consider that even the Bible indicates those cities existed before the Israelites captured them.
e. Palestinians and parts of Lebanon, whose lands and people were affected, formed groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas as guerrilla forces to try to compel Israel to relinquish captured lands.
f. Iran supports these groups, as they need resources to fight.
g. Israel is also said to have a broader vision, sometimes referred to as “Greater Israel,” aimed at expanding influence in the Middle East.
h. As a result, the conflict continues.
Your analysis would have made sense if this fight was between the Israelis and those people who occupied the land before them

The fact that the Palestinians also once lived there is not the basis. The basis and justification is that the Israelis lived there long before any Palestinians and so they have a right to reclaim the land as long as they never sold it to the Palestinians or gave it to them based on any treaty.

In this case, they were forced out due to oppressive power, now that they themselves have oppressive power of their own, they can justifiably reclaim the land by the same oppressive token

It is simple..

No need for story here...

Just relocate to Abadam or Guzamala LGs in Borno State for 6 months...

U will understand Jihad better.....

Its cheap to move, you dont need a visa...
