So Morgan’s Capital did me a reverse yesterday. Needed fast money, sold some stocks, and I opted for same-day settlement. My subject line is usually same day settlement PLEASE (with “please” in caps for emphasis).

I didn’t get a withdrawal request email from them yesterday or any acknowledgment of my same-day request. Guess what? The money came through yesterday, and today they sent both emails.

They’re not as bad as people make them seem here, and I hope the new management keeps improving things. When people do right, let’s give them props.
