It's been an amazing two years plus since i stopped eating that sweet poison called bread.

Hmmm, I bought wheat bread from Old English because I'm working on loosing belly fat. Eating it feels like punishment, no single sugar . Weight loss and flat tummy is serious work. I prefer white bread abeg.
