UNILEVER and UACN on full bids. PZ touching N90. Commodity stocks are on fire.

I’m not of the opinion that it will dip after the markdown (I’ve expressed that here a few days back). Nonetheless, it’s going to stay behind GTCO after the markdown—that’s the stance I expressed above.

Trading License Holders are hereby informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "the Commission" has approved the extension of trading hours on Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX". Accordingly, trading hours on NGX will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. West Africa Time (WAT) as indicated in the revised trading schedule below:

Pre-open: Current 9:30hrs, Revised 9:00hrs
Pre-open Imbalance: Current 9:55hrs, Revised 9:25hrs
Continuous Trading Commencement: Current 10:00hrs, Revised 09:30hrs
Pre-Close: Current 14:20hrs, Revised 15:50hrs
Pre-Close Imbalance: Current 14:25hrs, Revised 15:55hrs.
Market Close: Current: 14:30hrs, Revised: 16:00hrs.


The revised trading hours shall take effect from Monday, 27 April 2026, unless otherwise expressly communicated.
Trading Licence Holders are expected to:

With the profit am seeing in NAHCO AND NGX, is it wise to take profit or will it pay better to hold for long time?

I reject that. Oando is growing deep roots. Fresh, strong green shoots will spring forth sooner or later with bountiful fruits. Those of us that held on got our shares in CSCS in March 2026. Those March shares are worth more than 5% dividend yield if sold right away.
