If you don’t understand things, then you learn. Firstly, what you quoted is a full sentence, not a clause or an adjectival clause of assumption for that matter.

Globally, government structure respond to changing population dynamics. Virginia redistricting is a recent one you can learn from.
Since it happened in Virginia, it must be replicated the world over.
Indeed, I have learnt something.

Tsk tsk I have no further words for you. The democracy you’re practicing was not borrowed, your forebears have been practicing it from time immemorial.

Don't be too exited about UK's promise of money. It will either never materialize or if it does it will be such that it benefits only them. I have had first hand experience with their development aid programs.

I am afraid of excess production in future. He wants to do same with the fertilizer plants.
I hope he knows what he is doing.

Dangote to establish east african oil refinery in 4 - 5 years if agreement is reached with Kenya, others...
Will the east african refinery be a subsidiary of Dangote Refinery whose IPO is nearly here? Is that why he's making the IPO pan african? Does he intend to establish refineries in all the regions of Africa? Hmmmm ...

World population is increasing by circa 1% p.a.

The demand for food and energy should increase in equal [or greater] proportion...

Alhaji needs to penetrate and dominate the market share FIRST, and that is what he is trying to achieve! Whatever else that follows would be addressed or managed accordingly.
It would not make sense for him to invest so much and take high risks, and then lose the market share to some fringe players.

"Population explosion would have made regional government to go further from their people" --------Adjectival clause of Assumption. (WASCE May 2031).
Regional Government underestimates Nigeria’s complexity. Nigeria is not just South West, South East and North West where the tribes are largely homogeneous. Those regions can have regional Governments but it’s more complex in the North Central, North East and South South with hundreds of different tribes.

I have done the maths, my short term price target of access is #50. This will put it at half the market cap of zenith.
Zenith bank is not 2 times the size of access.
So if Zenith is trading at 5T market cap, its either Zenith bank is over-valued or access bank is undervalued.

So before the year ends access will be trading at $50.

Complexity is a clever excuse of failing to do the needful even when the prevailing circumstances are glaringly available to make something work in Nigeria. No matter how diverse the areas are, the moment every tribe no matter how small feels carried along, appreciated and judicially treated, the system will work. All these divisions we are experiencing now are basically politically engineered to favour the politicians when it matters.

Above all, the developmental milestones and growth under that system are still there for all to see.
