I learnt most, if not all of the Estate houses are individual owned, NOT Lagos state owned. They are not tenants but landlords within the estate. So the idea of "pack out" doesn't simply cut it.. Lagos State is probably acting as facility manager of shared resources, amenities and spaces within the estate.

No reasonable tenant will be foolish enough to go as far as mounting huge solar installations in a building that isn't his/hers. Such persons are usually the owners of the apartments within the estate.

Also, it doesn't matter whether it's a tenant or landlord or Lagos State Govt.
The context of his narration centered on gradual spread of such policy across Nigeria which is still a valid perspective.

So try tone down on indirectly calling one unenlightened or unknowledgeable cuz you seem to just indirectly also joined the "bandwagon of misinformation".
Let's try correct and move on.

Lesson learnt : Always be wary of results that are delayed, whether by CBN or the company itself. If a company result is fantastic they will rush to publish the result, but if a result is bad they will find a way to delay it under any guise.

How do you participate in a RI that priced higher than the market ? Throughout the period of the RI the market price was lower. It makes no common sense buying a product higher when you can get the same product cheaper. There is no economic sense in that. Now, the the stock is destined to a free fall this week. Who becomes the ultimate loser ? In fact, i see this as an opportunity for ACCESSCORP to play catch-up ( that is if they can just manage to pay at least N2.00k dividend). I am highly disappointed with UBA's result

Seplat is fond of giving shares to the workers thereby increasing the outstanding shares on an annual basis

I prefer a situation whereby the workers are paid very well and interested worker can use their salaries to buy the company's shares

Invest in winners with a Return on Invested Capital of 40% and above, compounded annualized earning growth of over 15% and above, you should be fine irrespective of inflation or currency devaluation
