Sadly, the government haven't earned the trust of Nigerians.

exactly, trust must be earned. A nation were budget will be submitted and pass at the senate and they will give a government ministry draft without cash backing,there are projects controlled by the ogas at the top and the rest can wait till further notice.

There are many times it has happened. Even the corporates do the same. I can't forget when rumours flew about Access acquiring/merging with Diamond. All parties debunked the news. The rest they say is history.
