Market chasing? Where do you think these stocks will be in 2-3 years, all things being equal?

This 10% shareholder funds limit to foreign investment for international designated banks is unsettling. Despite the fiscal reasoning, its still somewhat not satisfactory.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Oasisblue: 1:47pm On May 07
Perhaps its wise to hold on for now and see where the nadir of this Bearish run is before putting money in NGX? The rate at which major stocks like LAFARGE, DANGCEM, BUA Cement, ARADEL, etc are dropping is meh grin

No N1b target for me.. Not in any rate race. I love my peace of mind. The tension of price oscillation isn't for me. I've exited all positions except Japaul and a bit of Ellah.. might buy some Dangote refinery, fertilizer and flutterwave in the future and possibly add up my Japaul if price goes down.. that's it.. good luck to y'all in the billion naira race...

What u are seeing is profit taking for some people who land early. Or you expected them to continue green every day so that u go and tell your village people that ngx is now money doubler...lol For wapco I have come to know it will be hovering within #300/#350 till something major happens again bases on q1 result.Any thing below #300 I will add afolabi units

Oga Nosa, dividend Investors will increase sell pressure on Access, likely to dip further circa N20-N23.

Big Wonder oo

Listed at #1.80 and also factor in bonus 1:1
#1.80k investment in less than 5months is worth over #60

Madam Mercy in your market update, no mention of FTNCocoa... Full bid for four trading sessions cool

yMcy56:
Not really a wonder...
Did you check their results?
The company performed so well......
If it should continue like this, then it should go far....

Maybe ELLAH should have started small too....instead of going for big fund raising...

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Redoil: 2:35pm On May 07
are you saying paying as high as 21% is mandated by the regulator
Streetinvestor2:
They are mandated to pay out high percentage of thr eps as dividend by the regulator. They are into real estate. So thr incomes are mostly rent

I don't know the percentage but they pay above 60% of thr eps as dividend as they are rent income earners .Sometimes you see some pay above 80% of thr eps.The only problem is thr SP no dey appreciate any how.It is stable and predictable income returns for the pension guys.
If you like real estate business and no want tanent wahala. It is place to be
