Agbalowomeri:You remember Afroil. A company that could not pay the rent at Ajao Estate and got quit notice 5 years earlier, got over 500% in capital during the bull era. Afroil was in the down stream sector of NGX and was the cheapest in the sector at N1.00, after investors made money from Mobil, AP, Total etc they started using the profit to buy Afroil and the stock was on full bid for weeks. At the end of the day, the stock crash and the business went into oblivion |

emmanuelewumi:There is nothing you will say to people who have experienced only bull market that would make them listen when you advise them against buying junk or overvalued stocks. |

Pls let me make it clear for future records on this thread. I never called Zichis audio farm.I never equally said the farm can not grow as it is just 2020 it started. I have no reason to doubt the management like the case of kpakus as the lied in many occasions I only said thr are manipulation happening with the company SP.And the valuation being given to the farm presently based on capacity madam posted today makes no sense as the farm is like medium farm seen in naija.I don't have a single units of thr share and won't buy even if it comes low. I will only buy after what ever fund they raise and I see thr subsequent quater results and is within my investment ideology. I already have plenty stocks on my portfolio i have equally decided to sell for the companies short comings. That they want to invest in palm fruits don't trip me at this age. As I can equally start the planting of palm fruits myself on my village lands..lol.In other words, thr are many better opportunities on ngx that needs that my limited cash .I no be audio dangota but God has blessed my hustle enough. So that person no go quote me for future saying, I condemned the business or farm. Finally the farm can grow if the management are sincere but present SP is a capital NO for her capacity |

emmanuelewumi:But in this case, we’ve seen the financials, they’re available on the NGX portal. So we already know the current price is stretched. We have AI now; we can download the reports, upload them to DeepSeek, and have them broken down into very simple English. Some of us still choose to participate anyway, that’s our decision. We don’t need you to break down financials for us; AI already does that very well. If you’re against “looting,” then go and join Omoyele Sowore and leave our own “looting” for us. Habba!!! ![]() |
