yMcy56:After 20 yrs in this business. It is only the fundamentally sound stocks that delivered and still delivering in my portfolio. The others made me lose money or got delisted. So now you want me to believe or think otherwise going forward because you said so..never. I will believe only in my experience that has not failed me as old man.I see anything outside it as gambling. Is it not lack of adequate fundamentals that has kept oando far apart from it pairs in the same industry..I won't pretend I don't know because I have the shares |

thebargainhunte:Better leave Street let him be doing his wailing for one side. 😁 After OANDO don cast, OANDO is now the next SEPLAT. Baba is sometimes confused, so allow him be. |

emmanuelewumi:using ur analogy. What I mean is 1million per annum increased marginally by probably around 5% growth rate yearly for the next 8yrs =1.47million rent payment in the 8th yr By the 9th year when the landlords installs solar street light and solar home system amongst other free logistics amenities, the rent could sky rocket to 5million in the 9th yr. Demand by tenants and other would be occupants could re-rate the value to between 10-15million+ before the 15th year. |

thebargainhunte:Lol.i really wish I could be in such group. Then I am too busy with other physical business and now politics I have never been on ngx because I am looking for money to eat food since 2000/2001 I entered. Try another line of story |

thebargainhunte:So what has made FBNH move to #70.It is obvious you migratef from crypto to here.Have you see the kind money FBNH Haa been making every Yr.The only issue was bad management which was using NPL to steal all from shareholders |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 10:15am On May 15 |
yMcy56:Oando cast or mess I don't care. It still remains the only gamble in my portfolio. If it goes south I won't want to commit suicide join because I knew it was a bet I played. I will never say it is anyone fault. So when u play more know you can lose Pls tell your oando don cast members. I plan to add 1m units at target price of #45 and below to my holdings this month on oando. So they should stop making noise about it..lol |

thebargainhunte:So after that the golden opportunity has now disappeared. You no get talk. This is now stale news. You now have opportunity to accumulate the farm shares or even go take loan to buy heavy if you really knew what you are doing .Have you ever had that a good business in this ngx only existed with single opportunity to be part of it.oga switch to betnaija for your peace..lol |

Streetinvestor2:Why didn't you buy all your Wapco at N9+ when it was begging you to do so? Was it that you didn't know what you were doing then? Somebody who has been chasing Wapco at N330+ ![]() |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 10:23am On May 15 |
Will probably join after the dilution. The dilution effect might take this pull back to 25 or lower. Ginalex: |

thebargainhunte:You're jumping from pillar to post.. You used Dangote cement, so I wanted you to see it wasnt seen as entirely undervalued by everyone at that price as you presented it. Besides those other companies you mentioned have "Iconic" heads that are known for such operations. (Tony and Ote$). Fidelity and Wema have probably paid more dividend than FBN for the past 5yrs. But we know whatsup with share price based on Iconic factor of FBN. |

thebargainhunte:See question. How old are you.Did I ever tell you I am audio dangota. Who as an investor ever bought only once in his life even Warren buffet. It is call stock investment. It is a continuous process to create wealth. So I get dividends I cannot reinvest or cash from my active businesses. It is only this time I have stood my ground not to add fresh funds to ngx till when we kick out this failed government. And this is for the people saying rubbish that I said I was leaving ngx. Why will I leave when the money i have in it is not looted fund like they have. All I do is rebalance my portfolio and beat thr useless tax law in my own way because I don't plan to pay it to them |
