Thanks. The endusers ( numbers of endusers) validated it during research. Another thing is,i think it was the first time of dropping since registration.
I just felt it was an asset. I own many other kitchen and bath that I let them expire or list within 450 to 750 yet just there.

I can see you actually intend good for our highly revered Boss Iyke, it's understandable you want him to gear up and milk more from the domain business but this isn't the correct way of talking to such a selfless person who devoted his time to teach people genuine/legit way of making money!

As for as domain industry is considered in Nigeria, boss Iyke had contributed more than a lot to the industry.

Before I personally chose to learn directly from him last year, the first person (a very successful domainer known to many of us here but I won't mention his name) who taught me the domain business told me he learned the business from boss Iyke too.

Just imagine this respected man's impact! He's the boss of the bosses. And he's very much selfless too, just imagine what he charges to train people, a token just to make sure people get more into the business with ease and well-equiped with basic knowledge.

Better way to ginger him or someone in boss Iyke status could be - "Boss, I wish to see more of your sales in 4 - 5 figures" would have passed the message you wanted to pass across.

1. I've read the gbas gbos that trailed the guy's post and I think you're the only one who doesn't agree with him but still fair in your response.

2. Iyke in deciding to share his domain knowledge by creating this thread has been instrumental to most of the success stories recorded over the years. I was his student too, as many others here and we cannot but give him his flowers. But I think there has got to be a difference between respect and butt-licking.

3. Many people here are just suckling up to appear in the good books of some people. That means they will say anything that is pleasing to those people whether or not they themselves believe it to be true. That is not respect. It is sycophancy.

4. Iyke may be making crazy 4-5 figure sales behind the scene but decides to be modest by reporting only the 3 figures sales. That is a possibility and he doesn't owe anybody any explanation. But we must understand that people only make inferences from the information at their disposal, which clearly is what the guy did.

5. That you taught me something doesn't me I cannot challenge you to a higher standard. It's because I see that you have the potentials for that. Whether or not people believe the guy was out of place to say what he said is entirely up to them. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even as I share the guy's opinion.

6. While I understand Iyke's fiery response was because the guy triggered something that made him uncomfortable, the oversabi uncles that overflogged the issue are the ones who didn't act maturely. One even said he blamed Iyke for sharing domain information. Well done sir, keeper of the realm of knowledge.

7. That Iyke was selfless to share his wealth of experience doesn't mean every Nigerian youth are into domaining. As a matter of fact, 9 out of every 10 young Nigerians will tell you they don't know there is such a thing called domaining. Now, that doesn't mean they are not doing well or won't do well financially. My point is, people will definitely find the information that will give them that edge in life as long as they are hungry and willing to get it. While I don't downplay the importance of information in life, you thinking you're the only one that knows something that will make some people succeed in life is just self-illusion.

8. People who are placed on high pedestals will always have some people say things about them that they don't like. Sometimes, such criticisms may help for reflection and evaluation if you look beyond the supposed offence. Iyke, you have done extremely well over the years, not because you report your sales, but because you go as far as sharing tips that help others. That is why you're on a high pedestal and it is only normal that we expect you to do exceedingly well. I don't apologize if you find my comment distasteful. I wish you more success.

I haven't sold anything in over two years and I only have about 15 names in my domain portfolio. To those who might want to hurl insults, I hope that data can support your vituperation but you can be sure I won't dignify you with a response.
